Stops the leak!
Saved my basement. Follow the instructions to the T and the kit works like a dream. Would have cost thousands for a company to do this for me. Easy to use and works great. No more leak!!!!!!!

I have to share the amazing result of this product
I'm not much of a product reviewer but I have to share the amazing result of this product. We are the new owners or a 70 year old suburban ranch with a poured concrete basement. Past owners have added structural braces to address the wall folding in from hydraulic pressure over the years. Our current circumstances are water in the basement with a heavy rain. Searching online I found recommendations for Hydra Stop so we gave it a try. Past unsuccessful repairs were excavated and following the detailed instructions we installed the first kit. Next rain the original leaks were addressed but they moved farther down the horizontal crack so I ordered another kit. This crack was much smaller and we the experience of the first kit we were able to extend the repair. Next rain and our basement is dry! We also cleaned the rain gutters and plan to regrade the yard to keep water away from the foundation but I am impressed that Hydra Stop was effective without this other corrective work. Installation can be messy so use all of the PPE and plastic drop cloth provided in the kit. Don't freak out if the foam you inject come out of spaces you didn't expect. Just let it cure and then scrape off with a putty knife. The attached photo are a real world installation as compared to the product demo videos online. Bottom line is this is a very effective product to address ground water entering through foundation cracks even when installed by DIY'ers. I would recommend to a friend.

Rethane Cracks filler works
Product and instruction are spot on. I didnt use the kit until 5 months after I purchased, which may have created my only issue. The epoxy tunes were so firm, I had to cut the tunes open to extract the two-part epoxy. It was messy and I broke most of the wood applicators/mixers. Maybe that's why they give you so many. I had one left. The other supplies, vinyl gloves, plastic ports, extension tube are all good quality. The caulk gun was OK. When I applied a decent amount of pressure, it slipped. I ended up using my old caulk gun. The urethane foam worked well. I couldn't quite duplicate the fill process from the video...where the urethane spills out of the next port above. However, I could see the foam in the next port, so I would then proceed. The foam expands 2 or 3 times the liquid volume. The injection times per port were also accurate. The Thin cracks easily took 5 minutes to spread. Good product. I would recommend to anyone for their basement cracks. Contractor price was $500 per Crack, so I saved $350. Good luck. Watch the video.

Bone Dry, Saved $10,000+
Finally, no more water or moisture after 2 years of slow water leak into basement. This kit did the job and saved me over $10k of expenses. Starting at least a couple years ago, small amounts of water would leak into a section of my finished basement during moderate to heavy rains. Not much water, but enough to leave a puddle or more, and require a wet/dry vac and floor fan each time. My house was built in 1999; poured concrete basement walls. Adding dirt grading outside the house did almost nothing to help. Diverting the downspouts 10 feet away from the house helped with moderate rains. But any heavy rain or a plugged up gutter would instantly bring a big puddle of water inside. I was told by multiple contractors that deep excavation of the exterior ground was required to find the crack and seal it. One estimate was at least $10,000 just for the initial excavation! I found this kit and the video online. I had a hard time believing it. But $150 was worth a shot. I opened up the dry wall expecting to maybe find a 6” crack. No! There was a crack; and it extended from the floor to the top of the concrete wall! Almost 10 feet! I followed the video instructions. The whole process, in total, took less that 2 hours of my time. The kit contains literally EVERYTHING you need, except for tap water! 😊 It even included the wire brush for cleaning the surface. Mix small amounts of the epoxy at a time; it starts hardening with 5 or so minutes. Make sure you are liberal with the application of the epoxy. This is to make sure there are no cracks/leakage points when injecting the resin. It worked! My basement has remained bone dry. Even with the downspouts no longer diverted and several long lasting torrential downpours of rain. I even soaked the exterior at the wall for 20-30 minutes with a garden hose. No exterior excavation or other corrections required. This interior-only solution work!

Epoxy is Garbage
Do not buy! Deceptive . The epoxy portion of the product is absolute garbage. Conveniently all of the expiration dates and product mfg. codes were smudged and unreadable on both the epoxy and poly foam crack filler. At best poor printing machine at worst it’s fraudulent. This is my second purchase of this this product. First kit I ordered 1 year ago. The epoxy came in two small cans of part an and part b. Much easier to mix than the epoxy in the caulk tubes. The epoxy in the caulk tubes is so hard to get out of the tube and it does not come out in even amounts. I did not even use the caulk gun that was provided. I used a very nice, high leverage tajima caulk gun. Even with the fancy caulk gun it’s was nearly impossible to get the epoxy out. I put the epoxy tubes in warm water and had slightly better results but still had uneven flow from the the two parts. The warm epoxy also sets up quicker. Also the amount of epoxy is not nearly enough for a 2 inch wide strip that is 1/8-1/4 inch(around the ports) high build thickness. I used fiberglass mesh bedded into the epoxy to provide a bit more strength because I was not able to apply the epoxy in the thickness detailed in the instructions. Utter waste of money and more importantly a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and find the other brand of expanding poly crack filler and buy the ports and then buy pC-11 two part marine epoxy. Much cheaper and way easier to use. All this coming from professional carpenter with 30 years in the trades. I wish I could give this product 0 stars. That said the kit I got last year with the two cans of epoxy worked pretty well and took care of the first of many hairline cracks in my foundation. To the company that puts out this product, GO BACK TO THE 2 CANS OF EPOXY!!!

Good Solution for Sealing Foundation Cracks
This stuff worked pretty well. I used it in a couple of places, one of which always leaked when there was a big rain. We've had one big rain since and that spot did not leak this time. So far so good. A few things to know, however. 1) I spaced my ports about 4 inches apart and nothing ever squirted out of them as I was filling the one next to it. When you squirt in water, the instructions say to watch water come out the port directly below. Never did. Also when you inject the polyurethane foam, the instructions say to watch it come out of the port directly above. Never did. 2) When you open the box, the tubes of epoxy and polyurethane foam appear completely full, but in reality they are only 50% full. If you look closely you can see they are designed that way. The plunger inside takes up about half of the tube. I didn't figure this out until I started injecting the polyurethane foam in the first port. I wasted a large amount of that first poly foam tube and ended up burning through both tubes. I still have plenty of epoxy left over. 3) The caulk gun they provide seems sturdy at first but the spring on the trigger failed pretty quickly, which made that caulk gun useless. I switched to my own caulk gun, which worked fine. My guess is if you order this kit you probably already own things like a caulk gun and goggles so those could probably be left out of this kit and the price could be a little lower. Other than that this is a good solution to a common problem and I am happy to spend a fraction of what it would cost to have a professional come in and take care of these foundation cracks.

Excellent product
I’m not a professional anything, but I had a leak in my basement and the professionals who did evaluate it basically tried to continuously sell me smoke and mirrors. I was interested in this stuff because in my previous dwelling there was a crack filled with something similar that the home inspector seemed to feel was totally legit, so I thought I’d try it for my new problem - a 7ish’ vertical hairline crack in my foundation that leaked a little with every rain and a lot with very heavy downpours. I was sure I would get started and run into a roadblock despite reading through the entire instructions in all languages presented, but really it was pretty straight forward and worked well. Best of all there is no more flooding in the basement, and I live on the East Coast which has basically seen heavy rains daily for much of the summer this year. As in ZERO water coming from this crack!!! The only unexpected issue with using this stuff was that I apparently didn’t completely seal the wall with the putty, and so when I started injecting the sealant, instead of it coming out the ports, it started coming out all over the place. So I would just caution to be liberal with the first step to minimize wasting the sealant when you start injecting it. I would definitely highly recommend this stuff if appropriate for your problem - much better to spend $150 and a couple of hours than $5k on a local “expert”, especially if the latter doesn’t even fix the problem! Update Dec 2023 (almost 3 years and many heavy rains later) - still going strong!

Was easier to complete than expected and worked well
Arrived quicker than expected. The kit contained everything i needed to complete the job. I found the instruction videos helpful and easy to follow. There was plenty of epoxy and sealant to fix a crack in my poured concrete foundation that was about ⅛" wide and ran from a foot from the floor all the way to the top. I let the epoxy set overnight to be sure. I had no leaks this Spring. The kit is pricey but was still a fraction the cost of hiring someone. Hopefully it lasts for years to come.
