Covillow Breastfeeding Cover and Pillow-in-One, Turquois Dream

If I could give this nursing cover 10 stars I would in a heartbeat! I got this when I was pregnant with my 3rd baby. He's 10 weeks old now and I keep finding more and more ways to use this! :-) First off, it's a wonderful nursing cover and very comfortable for me to use. It completely covers me all around plus the wind can't blow it off or anything like that so it helps me stay completely modest and feel at ease with nursing while out and about. The pillow helps to create just a little extra cushion that also brings the baby's head up just enough that I don't always have to be trying to prop my arm up with my leg when it gets tired. There's enough room for the baby to move around without getting tangled up plus my son can't kick it off me because he's laying on the pillow which keeps the rest of the cover in place. There's a little bit of wire in the top so if you want you can pull it out a little bit when putting it on so you can see the baby (but not so much that you feel anyone walking by can see everything too) but I like that I can just pull the back of the cover down a bit more and take that away if I want. With the wire out I can actually burp my baby underneath the cover while making sure he's getting some air. His head can also fit through if I have the wire out enough which means if he wants to stay cuddled up on my chest I can bring his head out while keeping a blanket over him. The first couple times you put it on it can take a little bit more as you're figuring out how it works best for you but after just one or two times it's a breeze. I also like how there's a pocket on one side of the pillow to tuck all the fabric in. But what I love the most about this is that there really are multiple uses for it: When my son falls asleep while nursing, if he's super comfy and I don't want to put him down, I can take the cover off by reaching behind me and taking it off from the back, over my head, and then I can put it down over my son and I can then swaddle him up in it. So it works as a pillow and swaddle blanket. If he's wanting some tummy time while we're out and I don't have a blanket on me I can lay this down with the outside down, put his chest on the pillow with his arms over it, and-if it's a little chilly-I can use the rest of the blanket part to lay it over him to keep him warm. He LOVES this! So it can also be used for a tummy time blanket and pillow. :-) Another use is as a car seat cover. It can get a little chilly here still so I have a nice car seat cover with elastic around the bottom to put over his car seat. However sometimes I forget it or it's being washed. The Covillow easily drapes over it. The pillow keeps is weighed down and the opening for your head comes right to where the car seat handle is so it is still easily gripped. I have a snap 'n' go stroller and when the car seat is in this I can have the pillow on the side away from the stroller handle and then on the side by the stroller handle I can tuck the fabric into/around the stroller and it keeps it on even better which is great because it also gets really windy here. I was a little apprehensive about paying so much for a nursing cover but decided to chance it since being comfortable while nursing in public is important to me. I can honestly say that I have already gotten more than my moneys worth! :-) There are so many ways to use this and I keep finding more the longer I have it. I've already had one friend see me using it and order it for her own baby and at least two more friends who wished they'd gotten it with their kids when they were babies. I highly recommend the Covillow!!!!

I love this cover. I have three other covers that are the apron-style, that I no longer use because I like this so much better. There were several times when I didn't have a mothers room to get to, and had to breastfeed in a coffee shop or someplace, and sometimes I couldn't find a corner to sit in. I hated that as the aprons, while fairly big (and I'm small at 5'1"), just can't cover me adequately, even without a baby wiggling around there. Plus I always needed to wear a maternity tank as my sides and back were exposed -- if I didn't my skin would be showing and I wasn't a big fan of that.This cover is awesome. I don't need to wear a maternity tank, I can just wear whatever I want, as my back and sides are completely covered. This cover makes a complete circle around you. And most importantly, when my baby thrashes around he isn't flinging the cover everywhere and potentially exposing me. It's great peace of mind and one less thing to worry about which I'm grateful for.Additional pros are the neckline is pretty good sized, I can see baby well enough without it being too big. The fabric is also nice and thick and I love the tangerine print a lot.There are a few cons. The pillow isn't that helpful for me. It helps a bit, but it's not thick enough to get my baby to the right height without lifting my legs up higher. It also is attached to the front of the cover in a bit of an awkward way - to use it, I have to put the pillow on my lap, put baby on top, then flip the cover over me. Hard to describe but realize the pillow IS attached so if you want to use it, you'll have a bit of jiggering to deal with. Not a dealbreaker for me by any means.The other con is that it is big because of the pillow -- so takes up quite a bit of room in the diaper bag. I have a tote bag for a purse and it fits in there, but there are times when I just want to take the pillow out (it is removable) so it takes up less space.Overall, lifesaver with a few cons I can live with.

Wow, I absolutely LOVE this cover. I bought this to breastfeed my third child and it has been a life saver. I am constantly on the go with my 3 kids and I finally have a cover that actually covers me all the way around. Before I used another cover and it would just cover me in the front, so I would still look for a place in the back of a restaurant or behind others so I could breastfeed because I was afraid I would show my breast. I no longer have to do that! The Covillow gives me coverage all the way around so I honestly feel comfortable breastfeeding anywhere. I couldn't say that before I found this product. The pillow is a huge help and relieves my back and arms when feeding my baby. Plus, when my baby goes to sleep, I just hold him on my lap on the pillow and use the rest of the cover as a blanket. My other children love it too... they use it to lay on or cover up with when I am shopping in other stores. It washes and dries well and the fabric is super nice. Moms come up to me all the time asking where I got this. I wish I had this cover when I was breastfeeding my other kids. What a great idea!

I really wanted a cover that would cover everything (back, sides, not just front) and this had great reviews. I'm loving nursing with this. The pillow is great for feeding in the car (parked) or whenever you can't have a boppy or comfy spot for baby's head. The coverage is awesome. If anything there's too much fabric but it's not a problem for me. It's lightweight enough that I've used it all summer but I think it will be fine in the colder months too. The opening to see baby works well for me. I don't have a problem peeking down at him at all. It's not the smallest thing in the world and you have to really scrunch it to get it as small as it was when it came in it's package but again, not a problem for me as I love it so much.
