Short and sweet
I probably would have opted for a metal version is they made it, but I can't complain about the performance of the composite. I use this as a dash mount for my phone in conjunction with an iOttie One Touch QI and ARKON 25mm to 17mm ball adapter. The only caution I would give is to make sure you have the Ram Mount octagon button or equivalent. You can purchase them from Ram Mount or other sources, but not quickly.Holds solid and doesn't rotate.

Another great product This piece actually needs a mounting plate it’s a very good way of keeping Things simple Because there are Fewer parts The mount has an integrated washer on which the clamp can swivel and lock into six different positions it works great for some applications
