I think these have the Marmite effect; you'll either love them or hate them, and you may not want to eat so many before the strong flavours become a bit much.The curry flavour is exceptionally strong and undoubtedly what they say they are. Very much curry, but I think it's a well reproduced flavour.The duck is a little less overpowering, and has a strange flavour, with unami elements to it; it's an Asian flavour but nobody in my house would say it's anything like duck. Which I suppose is like comparing smokey bacon crisps to actual smokey bacon, they very loosely share some flavours.Both flavours are labelled on the tin as vegetarian.I quite like them but I don't want many before I've had enough. Nobody else in my family would choose them again over normal Pringles (but I would). Neither of the children have any desire to eat them again! That's why I've knocked a star off. There are some crisp flavours that are universally liked by just about everyone, but these two aren't on that list! They are very different indeed.The texture of these is indeed much lighter and thinner than the traditional Pringle and they are nothing like rice. Very crisp, and have a good flavour aside from the flavouring that has been added.As usual, they turned up with tons of them broken in both tubes. I buy Pringles on subscribe and save and know this is absolutely the norm from Amazon. But another reviewer on this listing has explained why. I didn't know they should be shipped upright!
