Would this be good for a 2003 Nissan Frontier?

Overkill in my opinion. It’s an Ester based oil, which Nissan didn’t start recommending until 2008.

i have 10 ford raptor i was using motarcraft oil 5w20 i want to change to 5w30 coz there some noise on my engine, tis will work with me?

As long as your engine is still stock you are better to use the proper grade oil. Ford recommends 5w20 in most their applications. You “MAY” still get your noise to quite down and or go away by using redlines 5w20. Their oils tend to be in the upper limits of the accepted viscosity ranges. They also use a very robust additive pack.
