Love it until it cracked after first day 😐
I purchased this on July 23rd, but finally used it for the first time yesterday. I loved it until I went home & saw that it already cracked. I didn’t bang it or drop it or anything. So my only guess is it happened from pressure of the heat? But my soup wasn’t scalding at all; it was heated by sensor temperature in my microwave. I tried contact the seller but was unsuccessful. I’d love for them to fix it. I do love this, but for this to crack in the first day w/out any roughness is extremely odd & disappointing. Seller; please contact me, I’d love to get this fixed & I crew as the rating. I do love it, but cracked it will surely cut me or anyone who tries to wash it. Thank you!
