I have a lot of gut related issues so I decided to try this out next time I had issues with bloating. I tried taking these for gas issues, it stopped the gas but made me burp instead. I guess that is a slight improvement in some ways but I was still uncomfortable. These pills are useful to have around for another reason: in the case of accidental poisoning activated charcoal is sometimes used to stop the stomach from absorbing the poison further. I am a bit disappointed it didn't help my stomach issues, but I will keep them for any accidental poisoning emergencies.

Got for my holiday abroad to Australia as its recommended to take because of the changes of what my body is used to consuming compared to across the world (food is NOT the same everywhere, not even McDonald's lol) but the seal was broken when I opened them so didnt want to risk it. Got some at a chemist in Australia and would have been better to start taking abit before travel bc I did notice a difference a few days before coming home when they "kicked in" lol

I take one or two of these if I’ve had a little too much to drink. I got this bottle to put in party favors for a bachelorette party and everyone woke up the next day sans-hangover. You must take them while you’re still drunk though! Prevention, not remedy!

I read that this will help my stomach go down. I have fibromyalgia and it makes your stomach bloat. I have been using it and I really do feel a difference.

I'm assuming this is working good. This is the first charcoal I've had that gets black on your fingers from the pills.

I got these because they offer vegetarian capsules. They work great too.
