The battery died and we went to a jewelers to have it replaced and the wooden back had been glued on at the factory. They tried to loosen it and the back ended up breaking in half. Can't return it as it is out of warranty. Obviously the back didn't fit right in production so they applied glue knowing that it would be out of warranty when the battery ran out.
