Great flavor! For my pudding for people who are allergic to bananas. Smells like candy. Not a strong alcohol scent or taste. Great price ! Will purchase again.

Too much a very artificial flavor. Just a little touch and you get a nice banana fragrance.

This says banana but I ordered and received lemon, which was the correct item. I like this product because there is none of the alcohol taste, which I do not like. This is the only lemon flavoring I use. It shipped very quickly. I am pleased with the product and the quick shipping.

I don’t realize this has yellow #5 dye in it and that’s on me, but there isn’t much banana flavoring. I’ve added 4 times the amount I use with other banana flavoring and it’s still not enough. Be warned: you are not able to return item. I would not buy ever again or recommend to anyone.

It has a very clean taste, it adds depth and a refreshing, sweetness to the dish. Which in my case was a strawberry, banana cake. A great product, will definitely buy again.

Doesn't taste fake or chemical in any way. Used it to make banana pudding from scratch. I used milk, eggs yolks some sweetener, cornstarch and a good 2-3 teaspoons of this. Added bananas when cool and NILLA wafers. Wow. Voila ! A real winner 🏆. B

I do appreciate a good banana pancake, but don't always have bananas on hand. I purchased this extract in the hopes that I can echo some of that flavor. The good news is that the flavor does come through, and it doesn't have a cloying candy-like artificial flavor – to me at least. I have found that I need to use a bit more than three times as much of it – compared to the amount of vanilla extract I use – before I can really get a good taste from it. Perhaps pancake batter isn't the best application, tho that's my take.
