Product description This 12.6V charger only compatible for the size of input port is DC 5.5*2.1 mm. Please check the size of your device charge port before you use it. This 12.6V charger can't charge for the hoverboard. During charging, indicator lamp appears Red, when fully charged, it appears Green. Once fully charged, please pull it out in time. It's used to charge the lithium ion battery, don't use it on the LiFePO4 battery. Don't always connect the power supply if you don't use the charger.

Review: Perfect for 12.6v li-ion cell pack charging - Perfect charger if you have a 3S lithium ion pack. I made a custom light with an inexpensive BMS and li-ion pack of 9x 18650 cells (3s3p) arrangement. Charger lights a red light while charging and a green light when done. I’ll buy more of these chargers if I ever make more of these lights. Speed of charge was good at a few hours.

**Q: Would this work on a change Moore ED series 54 qt cooler battery 15600 mAh?**
A: My experience with the 12.6V (3S) charger (of which I've bought several) is that it does not work as a DC "adapter" power supply ... it probably checks battery voltage first before charging (that's my guess, I did not investigate further). So I wouldn't expect it to work when charging the battery through the cooler's solar or DC inputs.

If you are accessing the battery terminals directly and your battery matches the charger (either 3S-12.6Vmax or 7S-29.4Vmax) the charger should work well. However FWIW, a 15.6Ah battery could typically charge at a max current of 0.5C (C=15.6A) or 7.8A,  so at 2A this charger would take almost 4x longer than some optimal "24V 7.8A CC/CV" charger. However charging via the cooler using a DC power adapter is limited as well (12V/5A, 24V/2.5A, less operating power). That's as specific as I can be given the various options and cooler versions and conflicting info I found.

A: no you need a 15vdc input

Perfect charger if you have a 3S lithium ion pack. I made a custom light with an inexpensive BMS and li-ion pack of 9x 18650 cells (3s3p) arrangement. Charger lights a red light while charging and a green light when done. I’ll buy more of these chargers if I ever make more of these lights. Speed of charge was good at a few hours.

I can't say enough about Talentcell the company; and their products. The company is always there for your questions or concerns. Fast, courteous, and helpful. Their products are excellent quality. I bought this power pack as an upgrade for the 3000mah battery pack/UPS I bought that came with a 500ma charger wall wart. That's fine for charging the batteries, but when using the battery pack also as an UPS for my Wyze camera, the red charging light stayed red and never went green because of the additional current draw of the camera. With this 2amp power pack and 2 each cameras connected, there's plenty of power to charge the batteries AND run both cameras. The light turn green; meaning it's plenty powerful enough for all my needs. Excellent product and excellent company.
