Design your Destiny has many useful exercises regarding everyday living. Here's one, step out of the rush. I have used this many times now and can always feel an inward shift. When I just slow down and take a breath during my daily activities,, like right now when I am typing this review, I feel more aware of my surroundings and less stressful. Sounds simple but hard to remember because it seems rushing is quite ingrained in me. It's valuable inner work!

There were plenty of moments when I thought that I may be a little slow at understanding. Though I found myself having to read a particular paragraph more than once, I enjoyed it. I do hold any regret about purchasing this book. One of the things from this book that I will forever carry with me is that at the end of everything, no one can touch who I really am. That is a powerful thought. That means to me that, after all the back and forth and the people not agreeing with me, I am still me and no words can change that.

Even if you don't follow all of the instructions and advice in this book, you'll definitely learn something useful. Sometimes it all seems a little esoteric, but really there's a lot of practical stuff here. Good and easy read.
