i have PMOS (PCOS) and endometriosis so i suffered with common painful bloating until i tried this. the dosage is 2 times a day but i only take once in the morning and it really has helped. sometimes i take without food and it doesn't have a bad affect for me. it is pricy but taking it once a day helps it last longer and it is worth it.
