The hat stretches so it will accommodate 7 5/8 sizes, but that will be the higher end of the stretch. Kind regards!

Q: Will this fit someone with a head size of 21” circumference which is 6 3/4“ hat size?

I wear a hat that’s 7&1/4 or 22&3/4 inches. I purchased three and they each initially fitted, however with successive washing they have stretched a bit. I would have preferred if they shrank for a more snug fit.
