So has anyone had issues getting one of these out? I have a 7mm one in and I want to goto 6mm so It will be flesh with my nose. Any suggestions on how

I've had some trouble with these too! But I consider that a plus since I've had a lot of issues in the past with jewelry falling out. A trick I've used before is needle nose pliers! Make sure they're flat so they don't scratch the jewelry. Find where the right hinge is and clasp right next to it, it makes it much easier to pull! If it doesn't budge and you have space, I've even tried TWO sets of pliers lol

Will this turn when left in for a long time?

i have the two silver hoops in my right ear have had them in for about 6 months not turned yet

what gauge and size should i get for standard cartilage color

I ordered 20g 6mm and it was way too tight on my cartilage. 7 or 8mm will fit perfect.
