Bon Tool 6500 Remodeler's Taping Banjo

Banjo works well but a bit small so constantly refilling which is messy. Light weight, fits in the hand well and easy to clean up when finished good for small jobs.

This thing worked very slick--applied just the right amount of mud to stick the tape, without having it glopping everywhere. I was not coordinated enough to both hold the banjo and keep the tape in place, so I had someone help be keep the end of the tape in place while I pulled it out. I would say it was an easy 50% time savings over my old method of mudding up the wall, bedding the tape, then scraping off excess. It was faster, cleaner, and I think did a better job. I should have bought one ages ago, even though I am just a DIYer who redoes the occasional house.

Don't waste your money. Had several issues with tape feeding properly and by the time I finished using it on the second day it broke.

As a professional remodeler, I have to do a lot of drywall finishing. This tool saves an enormous amount of time over hand taping. It’s paid for itself repeatedly.

I bought this for my son. It broke the first time he used it. This is worthless! Do not buy it!

So I was of the impression that this was a superior unit compared to it's competitors at less than half the price.Well I think I should have saved some money and purchased the other units as by the looks of things the homax seems to be similarly built only sporting a much higher price tag.Sadly I feel I did not get the extra value I was counting on.

Excelente herramienta de trabajo tal vez se vea sencilla porque esta hecha de plástico pero es muy funcional eso si cuidado de no tirarla porque se puede romper
