Good product.
Worked how it supposed to. Easy as pie. About a fingers length extended.

A well made tool. It works perfectly
Used this to remove the pedal cranks from the wifes new Aventon Level 2. She's 4'11" and needed shorter crank arms to better fit her to the bike. (PROWHEELS 140mm square taper) First off this is a well made tool! These arms had a square taper design, so remove the tee shaped end from the tool first, put a little lube on the threads back off the puller bolt then thread into the crank arm as far as it will go. Turn the puller bolt slowly and it's off. Couldn't be any easier.

High Quality, Low Price
Surprisingly high quality tool considering the price. Have already used on three bikes (six crank arms) with outstanding results. Just remember to put a little grease on the threads before use. Best of all it's NOT MADE IN CHY-NA. Two thumbs up!

Good
Not really impressed with this tool, but it has worked without real issue and I've used it several times. The threads seem kind of shallow? I did strip out two cranks with this, but I'm not sure that is the tool's fault. Make sure you take the tip/adapter off if you're using it on square cranks.

Good Home Game Option for Vintage Crankset Removal
Works great for the home gamer, removing a crank once in a while. The threads are solid enough for light use, they looked kinda small and the metal seems like it might not last for repeated crank removals like in a shop setting. The flanged adapter for Octalink style cranks is a little fiddly, but fine. Did not try the square taper removal yet, however sure it works fine as well. Good value for what it is.

Be sure to check sizing before use
This tool was ever so slightly larger than my square taper opening. Cheap crankset and cheap tool, so not sure which sizing was incorrect.

Check Arm Threads But Works As Sold
This puller will work to remove a Peloton left crank arm if damaged and needing replaced. It was either order this puller and do it myself or what a month for a service tech to hopefully come at a rather high hourly rate. Had trouble initially starting thread which required use of a small metal file to remove the burr left on the Peloton crank arm from original manufacture. Once that was done, puller threaded right on and was able to pull arm with no issues.

Excellent quality and price
Excellent quality. Great price. I was looking for a crank puller that was good but inexpensive since I would only be using it once. I had a Suntour triple crankset which I replaced with a Shimano Hollowtech II double crankset which doesn't require the use of a crank puller. The Bikehand puller looked similar to the Park Tool puller but cost less money. It worked like a charm. Initially I was going to sell it but I subsequently decided to add it to my ever increasing bike tool collection. Although I only used it once, I have no doubt it will last for many years. The picture of it looks like a black finish but it is acutally entirely chrome. It works with both splined and non-splined crank spindles. It doesn't come with any instructions but you simply pull off the black cap for removing square taper (non-splined) or keep it on for removing ISIS (splined). There is nothing negative about this tool. I definitely recommend it.

Quality at a fair price
Just recieved this today and put it to work right away. Pulled some really seized cranks off a 25 y/o bike. The threads are well within tolerance unlike most other similar tools in this price range. Like others have stated, you need to remove the black cap off the end to use it for square tapered cranksets.

Does the job at a great price.
I usually buy Park Tools for my bike tools, but TBH, this does the job perfectly well for a fraction of the price. It's not like I'm pulling cranks every day so this is perfectly fine and value for money.

High quality
Worked great on my square hole Schwinn bike. The tool feels super high quality and threaded in smoothly.
