Soft and light weight but NOT TOG 0.5
It's much thinner than other 0.5's we have. It's good for hot summer nights, though, so we kept it, but the seller should really revise the description.

Amazing for babies that run hot!!!
If you live in Arizona and want your baby to still have a very light wearable blanket during the summer, look no more!! This is amazing, and so nice and light. I love the double zippers because it makes it so much easier putting them into it at night and there’s no fumbling with trying to hook a zipper together

Great lightweight wearable blanket!!
I LOVE this sleeping sack!! Im on baby number two and I have the hand me down's from three years ago but it is so hot in our apartment that I needed a lighter weight one. I researched and decided to go with this one for two reasons; 1) its muslin and the reviews said it was soft and 2) it had a double zipper which in my opinion is genius and I don't understand why every other company hasn't switched to this type of zipper (no trying to put a zipper together in the dark on a squirmy baby). Im SOOOOO glad I bought this one!! It is very soft, the sizing is perfect, the zipper is fantastic and it's cute! It's been 78 degrees in my apartment so I put the little guy in a onesie and this and he's a happy sleeping baby! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who lives in a warm climate or just anyone in general because it's great! My one teeny-tiny gripe would be to get rid of the tag at the neck or make it different material or stamped on the sleeping sack itself; I don't think it actually bothers the baby because if he's wearing clothes then the tag doesn't actually touch his skin but I just feel like if he moves around a bunch then it might possibly at some point bother him. This is my insanity speaking here which is why it's a teeny-tiny gripe and definitely far from a deal breaker because otherwise this is the best wearable blanket I'v ever had!!! Thank you for making such a GREAT product!!!

Fits better than Halo and others, with awesome double zipper!
As I was transitioning my son out from his swaddle, I started with the SwaddleUp, because he haaaates having his hands pinned down — but the zipper would bunch up near his face near his nose and mouth because he was in between sizes. Then I tried a Halo sleepsack and while the length and midsection was fine, the arms weren’t broad enough, so it was a hassle getting him in it. The zipper also sucks on Halos, and the material too hot. This muslin sleepsack is PERFECT. The sizing is excellent, the double zipper is devine, and the zipper cover is a great feature. It’s light enough that I can pair it either with a footie pajama or light onesie depending on what the situation calls for.And the most important part to me is that it doesn’t bunch up at his throat or in front of his mouth and nose. I can craddle him for a night feeding and unlike the other two sleep sacks I mentioned, I don’t feel like I’m fighting it. I can just leave him in without adjusting things, then once he falls back to sleep, I don’t have to reswaddle or fuss with the zipper all over again — I just lay him back down in his bassinet and he’s comfy. Also, washing in warm (not hot...it’s muslin!) water didn’t faze it at all. No pilling or notable shrinking. And at this price I can buy another one for rotation!

As expected
This is exactly what I expected--the thinnest, lightest sleep sack I could find. It is exactly what I wanted for a hot bedroom to still have the sleep cue of putting on a sleep sack without the added heat. Because it is so light and thin, it is a bit flimsy and probably wouldn't stand up to heavy use and the zipper sometimes sticks a bit. I wish that it had a reversed zipper like Halo sleep sacks so the zipper wouldn't be at baby's chest/neck while sleeping but it isn't a safety concern just probably less comfortable (the flap of material covering the zipper is insubstantial like the rest of the sack). Nothing has broken or unraveled yet with about six months of light use. For context, we don't do anything other than zip up the zipper to wash (no gentle cycle or laundry bag) but have only washed and dried it a handful of times

The sizing is tiny
I live in South Africa and purchased this item because it is very difficult to find these muslin sleep sacks here and if you can, they are very expensive. There was no way for me to check this item for sizing before, but I went with the reviews. We are using it for the first time tonight and so far it seems great, the only problem is that I went with the sizing chart provided and my baby is particularly small for his age (almost 16 months and is still wearing his 6-12 month clothes) the sizing is crazy, this sleeping bag is so small, it basically fits him perfectly ( I am not sure it will make it through the whole of summer because it will be too small soon) when compared to his winter sleep sacks (picture attached-which are 6-18 months) this one is much smaller so I am not sure how it is supposed to fit 12-30 months. Be careful when purchasing, especially if overseas as now I cannot return these and exchange for a bigger size, and the item does not ship to SA to purchase a bigger one, a friend had to bring it from the states.

Lightweight, soft, good quality, runs a little large
We wanted something very light weight because the kids room gets hot, and this definitely is light weight - it's a single layer of cotton muslin. Will it last for months? No. It's going to tear, likely at the seams and within a few weeks. That's the nature of a single layer of loosely woven cotton, and isn't really a quality issue so much as a factor of getting something this lightweight.I ordered the size large for a relatively average sized 2 year old boy - he wears a 3t in most clothing. It's actually a bit large for him, but I like that the arms and neck are a bit loose. We use wearable bags to keep him from climbing out of his crib, and they need to be worn backwards since he can work a zipper. The neckline is loose enough to still be comfortable without falling off his shoulders. He has enough leg room that it'll wear out or be out of season long before he outgrows it.It's soft enough after washing to put him to bed in just that and a diaper. I like that the zipper can be done from the bottom or the top and stays attached - no wrestling a flailing angry octopus while trying to get zipper parts together.

Exactly what I wanted
Very thin muslin sleep sack. It is exactly what we were looking for. It is so thin it is see through for those wondering just how thin. It’s great for the summer since it’s very light
