It’s a great product with great service

I think that the shoulder construction area is poor. Patients of mine alway rip the shoulder region in two halves. We have resorted to applying clear packaging tape to the shoulders. It’s better than having to wash and reuse patient gowns.

The gowns delivered were not what is pictured. I ordered these b/c the pictured gowns are the sturdier gowns with reinforced neckline and shoulder seams, however huge disappointment when my shipment came and the gowns were the same low quality standard paper ones similar to the others available from TIDI and multiple other vendors. The neckline and shoulders are NOT white and sewn as pictured, what I got were flimsy gowns that tore apart at the shoulders the minute patients try to put them on.

These gowns are of poorest quality imaginable

This product works great in my clinic.
