The light worked but the output was so low it couldn't be seen from a distance, in a 300 seat theater. I put it in storage and tried to use it again today. It worked for three minutes then stopped after I heard a loud pop come from the unit. Now only two of the 50 bulbs blink very slowly. I looked online for the operation manual to see if there's any information about what to do if this happens, but there is no explanation for this problem. I can't believe a product with less than an hour of usage would stop working. By the way, I checked the fuse and it was not blown. Apparently, something is faulty in the control unit.My recommendation would be to do more research to find a product with a higer reliability rating. I paid $140 for my unit in 2012 and I see the price has come down.
