The ring on this cup makes it 100% easier to get out. Also, this company has a variety of sizes and firmness for different bodies. That said, I feel this cup (the blue/pink swirl) was a little too firm for me and is a bit uncomfortable when in. Also, I was never certain it had opened fully after being inserted. When I tried to “check” the suction by pulling, I would sometimes pull it out or dislodge it so I don’t think the suction is as good as some.
