Nepenthes ampullaria hot Lips - Pitcher Plant - 10 Seeds

Plant seed is suppose to germinate in 10 days, I planted Dec, 12, 2016, and nothing yet. I imagine if and when it do germinate, I'll simply love it. and no, I do not dislike it as the 2 stars indicate, my batch probably just take a little longer to germinate . will repost after I get some growth.

I ordered a few of these carnivorous plants only have tried one in the past that never worked ... But Low & Behold I got sprouts!! My formula was:-milled coconut husk media in any starter trays (the fin dusty husk, not the chuncky husk)-very Very VERY carefully place 1 seed in the center, on top (DO NOT BURY) of the media-place the starter trays in a flood tray and full the flood tray about half full-mist lightly (so you don't blow the seeds away) every 2-3 dayswill take 2-3 weeks to see sprouts, and they are tiny, super tiny like the tip of a needle ... You will not notice them until 4-5 weeks if you don't have good vision

I planted and nothing grew. I am a carnivorous plant grower so I know what I am doing.

so I planted the seeds and there are these little sprouts that are appearing I'm not sure if is is the nepenthes or weeds from my growing material.Can you post a picture of what extremely young sprouts look like

(Edited )I seeded them all and it's been more than 1and half months. But nothing came up so far. The seeds looked a bit smaller and shorter and dried. It supposed to be longer like a fibers but it is not. I regret I bought them now. Ps. I put the picture

I researched ideal growing conditions, replicated, and the only growth I had was large weeds.

No germination.
