945mg Magnesium Complex - 180 Vegan Citrate Capsules - 3 Months

Great product - I have been using for 4 months now. Looked for a decent magnesium on doctors reccomendation as I was in perimenopause and my sleep was drastically impacted. It took about 4 weeks to notice a difference (the doctor said it might take 6-8w) but now I def wouldn’t not take it. They are not small mind you - but I’ve done my homework and can’t find another product that packs as much punch as this one. So reccomend x

Really works, improved sleep, feeling much bettet

I used to take a lower dose of magnesium as I am low in it after a blood test. Alot of people have put on here about to high a dose for a woman and a bad stomach. I have to say I have no problems at all. I am a 41 year old woman who needed a quality product and a good dose of magnesium. No upset stomach, no side effects. I have always had problems sleeping and no much change yet but I think if I keep this dose up it might help. No after taste easy to take even tho might be a problem for some people with the size of the capsule. I have alot of cramping as well after exercise now I am that age:-( but these have also helped a lot in that department with the cramping in my feet... Well you can only give them ago but I think they are worth it:-)

Always buy this brand of vitamins when available. Was surprised to see them in a pouch, not usual packaging this is my first time of buying Magnesium Citrate. A problem I've opened the package and thesecompared to other capscules are Very Large. I'm third age and think I am going to find them difficult to swollow so please be aware if your thinking of buying magnesium citrste.

He leído mucho acerca del Magnesio. Al final me decidí por este ya que es el que mejor me va a funcionar a mi. Es un súper buen complemento y a una alta dosis que es lo que estoy buscando. Yo lo tomo por la mañana que es cuando necesito el efecto. Dicen que también se puede tomar por la noche ya que ayuda a descansar pero en mi caso no es lo que necesito. He comenzado con 1 comprimido para comprobar tolerancia durante la primera semana ya que se describen diarreas y náuseas en algunos casos con la dosis de 2 comprimidos. Y en la segunda semana si que pasaré a la dosis recomendada que son los 2 comprimidos. Lo complemento con una cucharada de aceite de Coco virgen ecológico prensado en frío todas las mañanas en ayunas y me siento mucho mejor. Muy buen complemento a súper buen precio. Van 180 comprimidos.

These help me sleep so well. Usually I wake up several times in the night but since taking these, Ive been sleeping straight through.
