Mine was working perfectly and after a month it burned out.

Doesn’t collect any water poor quality I do not recommend to anyone

It is stilish and quiet, but it does not dehumidify anything. In 2h, from 72% it went to 70% humidity in the air.

It's very slow to dehumidify. I bought it for my TINY propagation tent, and it has barely made a dent in reducing the humidity. I'd rather better performance than RGB lighting that I will never use. Not sure how it has so many positive reviews. Can't return it either because I have to pay for shipping which will cost almost as much as a I paid. Not too happy.

There was a problem which was sorted out swiftly item replaced no fuss which was good but after using it for a couple of weeks it's absolutely crap ok for a child's Wendy house just doesn't draw any water out of atmosphere . No wonder he replaced it so quickly.. don't waste Ur money buy a more expensive higher wattage model for extra fiver.should have realised when new model unboxed turned up and didn't work.. think there all a bit faulty

I bought 2 of these as I live in a rather damp property. After running these I found there was very little difference. I use a hygrometer and the reading was 89 (high). After running these dehumidifiers for 12 hrs the reading was just the same. I don't know if they are too small to make a difference or they just don't do what they are supposed to do but I wouldn't recommend them at all.

This product is complete garbage. Doesn’t stop condensation or reduce humidity in a small box room even with windows and doors shut. Very weak considering its power claim on the description. I had a previous one with less power do a much better job. I use humidity sensors and go by the amount of water collected this item is useless. Avoid buying it

So disappointed. Was going to return immediately but i thought: no, give it another chance. So i kept it and have had it running. I followed all of the instructions but it still BARELY collects any water and doesn’t lower the humidity. My humidity is still at 80%. So upset, what a waste of money.

It does the job, I don’t think is quick because I left over night and only a few mls was collected but my window used to be very wet in the morning and is not anymore. The sound is not very loud you even forget that is on and the sleep mode makes the sound even lower. I just hope it will last

I don't know how this works, but it does! There is water in the reservoir! It is small and quiet and actually quite pretty with the illumination. I will buy again.

Works great, perfect size and Dosent take up too much space.

This is the size of two boxes of tissues so don’t expect much. He plug gets very very hot and feels like a fire hazard. DO NOT BUY
