Beautiful, Beautiful Fan!
The fans are breathtaking. Beautifully designed and the balsa wood is a beautiful color. The blades are so unique and to me are a piece of art in our backyard. The air flow is perfect and feels so good. The remote control has a holder so you can attach it to your wall. Amazingly, the buttons on the remote control match our siding. I sent photos and a video to my family and they responded "Oh! Those fans are wonderful!" Overall, I give this product 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone. I am impressed with the seller. The products were in perfect shape and were easy to put together. The seller also had the fans to us a day early so our electrician was able to install them on the same day! Instant gratification!

Beautiful and quiet!
Love this fan. It’s beautiful and is super quiet as it turns! Video is at top speed - the hum you hear before I turn it on is the a/c- not the fan 😉

Not cheap, but good looking and quiet
One slight complaint: the ring that completes the ceiling housing actually scratched the housing when fit into place.

Fan won’t balance
I have the fan on a 3 foot pole from a cathedral ceiling. I have installed 50+ fans, and I’ve never had trouble balancing a fan before they have all been five blade fans. Matter what I do I cannot get this to balance. My son-in-law is an engineer, and we both tried to balance this, with no luck.

I was informed by Monte Carlo that Home Goods is not an authorized seller and that their warranty is voided.
