Works great
The packaging could have been better than a thin plastic bag sent in a slightly thicker plastic bag- the long second hand was bent beyond being usable-BUT since I did not order this for the second hand- I did not care- I needed a replacement clock mechanism and this is what I got- one battery needed- (not included) and it runs great- not real noisy- Hope this last longer than the original

wanting to make customers happy.
Spindle is 1/4 inch but threads are half that, very short, making clock surfaces thin in order to fit. Otherwise clock does work. I was able to route out the back of my clock a little and get the nut to thread on two turns. It works, keeps time. Seller is very responsive if contacted, wanting to make customers happy.

The arms break very easily. The packaging was very tight and it bent one of the arms.

For the money it was great!
Worked great, but didn't realize it would come from Turkey. It took along time to arrive but didn't cost much ad had free shipping.

Only for very thin clock faces
You would think these are standard and interchangeable with any old similar Quartz clock. This one, however, didn't fit. The threads on the post that you insert through the center of your clock do not go all the way to the top of the post. In other words, my clock was too thick to thread the bolt on to the threaded post. My clock is only 1/4" thick, but the threads are just less than that. I will need to either buy a different clock, open up the mechanism to replace the post and hope I replace the gears correctly, or use my router to carve out more of the back of my clock..
