This is NOT 12.5” at the widest part of the base. It’s 10+ inches.

as described...Really liked the way a full bottle (750 ml) fit. Use the wine bottle aerator pourer with this and it shorted the wait time for aeration in half. Made a so so bottle of red taste way more expensive...

Good and good size. Drips.
Nice size for magnum or two bottles, but like other reviewers pointed out, I found it impossible to pour a glass without drips running down the neck onto my hand. Sent it back.

Magnum size, great diameter for plenty of air exposure
I've been looking for a ship decanter for a long time. This one had the size that I wanted. Very wide base. Designed for magnums, but perfect for a single bottle. It makes quite a statements on the table.

Perfect!
This is a large and gorgeous decanter. The wide base really aerates the wine quickly. If I broke this one, I would purchase it again in a heartbeat.
