Great tool to stay organised when suffering from depression.
Living with depression and anxiety can make it incredibly difficult to remain focused and meet deadlines/obligations/even remember simple tasks such as taking meds and eating breakfast. I was looking for a planner with enough detail to allow me to actually schedule my entire day and break down the tasks I need to complete in order to keep myself on track and not spiral further. Obviously a planner isn't going to solve having depression and anxiety, but this planner is structured in such a way that it is actually a really effective tool in keeping things in perspective and clearly mapping out all of the things I need to do, which in turn, makes daily life a lot less daunting and a lot more manageable and straightforward. I've only been using it for a week but I can already tell it's exactly what I have needed and it will become even more useful once I'm back at uni for the next semester, especially with mapping out revision time and deadlines. I'll try and summarise with the three things I like most about the planner (tldr): 1. It is very well structured and allows you to create a very clear and detailed approach to your week and individual days. 2. It is pricey, but the book and the paper itself are really good quality and will withstand wear and tear. 3. I feel that writing down what I need to do decreases my anxiety, especially since you can break it all down into baby steps, if you like. When my depression is at it's worst I will feel that everything is too overwhelming and that I cant even manage leaving my bed to face it. Making it a habit to map everything out helps so much, and the planner also helps you track things like your habits and asks for a positive experience from each day. I think all of these things are actually really useful and help me to feel that I'm a lot more in control of my life. The only issue I had is that because I was using this to help manage life around my mental illness, I didn't really like carrying around a book for "procrastinators". So I wrapped mine up in a nice paper instead to keep it a bit more positive, but that's just me. Overall, fab product!

Simply the Best Planner
Best planner I ever used. Helped me to pass my GCSE Math exams, and prepared me for my nursing school interview. I waited and waited (for over two years!) to be able to buy this within the UK again. Iโm now in my first year of nursing and I canโt wait to continue planning/completing my goals with this planner. Itโs simply the best!

Almost perfect, but not quite
I bought this planner because I needed something to help me organise myself. It looked light-hearted and rather simplistic - it suited my needs, in a brief sentence. Although I ultimately think this product is worth the money, it does have a few things that irk me that, if changed, would make this product five out of five stars instead of four. Firstly, the labelling. Overall, I think that the idea is great, but I don't think it's sensible to so blatantly label it on the cover. I think labelling it as such reinforces that you are a procrastinator and also broadcasts your tendencies to those around you. I managed to cover this up with cut-out pieces of art, but simply not including it would be better. This is my main issue with this product. Secondly, I think that someone needs to proof-read or copy edit this book. The introduction was good, but was filled with grammatical mistakes. It would add to the quality of the product if this was properly checked. Other than that, there's not much to complain about. The book itself is fantastically made and feels like it is of the highest quality. The vibe of the book is also great, as it helps you organise yourself but isn't as serious as other planners.

A great Diary to get some control back in your life.
Being a person who can procrastinate till the cows come home, I like the fact that the Diary is undated as it helps take the pressure of using it everyday. IThe diary organises you enough to be able to write lists of important tasks and choose the most important task to help which helps with focus. It's has cute little motivational quotes on each page and a positive space to reflect on how your day/week was and a chance to reward yourself which is something a lot of us forget to do. This is a diary I would consider buying again once I haved used my current one up.

Extremely Useful, Quality Planner
I was not sure what to expect when I made this purchase but I found this book to be both very useful and accessible. One of the best things about this planner is its use of behavioural psychology to diagnose where our issues with procastination come from and how we are best able to overcome them. This planner makes the information digestible and actionable to the reader through its clever use or metaphor and analogies and its light-hearted approach which makes it fun to read. Another thing that stood out to me about this planner is the quality of the book, which looks and feels great, far exceeding that of the competition I've tried. The planner gives you a very generous 6 months to write in, it is very well laid out in a unique and useful way, it really helps breakdown my tasks and I have high hopes that this book will help motivate me in achieving my goals and I greatly look forward to looking back over my cleanly documented accomplishments!

Close to being Brilliant but not quite.
I love so many of the features about this planner but the things I don't like chip away at that love. Firstly, the word 'Planner' embossed on the side and front is a big issue for me. Firstly, I don't want to be constantly reminded that I am a procrastinator and secondly imagine advertising that fact in a business meeting? I had to hide the word 'Procrastinators' from the cover so that people who see ittdon't think I wonโt get anything done! Bad idea! Being an 'A5' size rather than 'A4' is nice but I think cramming 6 months in it, while making it great value, makes is bulky and hard to lay anywhere near flat and writing anthing on the inner parts of the pages is awkward. A 3 months version (at a slightly lower price) would make it more user friendly. Space on the pages could be utilised better by losing the big unnecesary margins, certainly at top and bottom. And the page number position is rather odd. It should be tucked away (if necessary at all) rather than where it is. Every bit of space used for headings etc takes away space the user can write in. The font could be a few pixels smaller everywhere, some headings more than others. The heading 'THE BURING TASK' is a bit of a SHOUT and way OTT in my opinion. Does it really need to be so big? NOTES/SHOPPING. Why not just 'NOTES'? I mean, that could have been 'NOTES/PEOPLE TO CALL' or 'NOTES/PLACES TO BE' or 'NOTES/SELF CARE' etc... It doesn't need 'SHOPPING' attached, especially for anyone trying to shake a shopping addiction which is often a side effect of procrastinating. In summary this is an extremely practical idea and just a few tweaks away from being brilliant.

Everything you need in one planner
I may have a slight obsession with writing constant โto do listโsโ however, I just seemed to jot everything down on my phone, which is distracting! Due to the quality and smart presentation of the planner, I feel more productive with being able to physically write EVERYTHING in one book and it is a lot more satisfying to actually tick things off. Even when I think I havenโt achieved lots, the weekly review section has made me realise I have got a lot more done than I thought which is pretty rewarding, it has made me recognise the tasks Iโm not as eager to complete and has motivated me to crack on with these immediately to get them out the way. Added bonus that the delivery was super quick with no issues.

Well made and inspiring
I bought this planner as a gamble as it appears to be new, and doesnโt have many reviews yet. I was not disappointed at all. Itโs sturdy and thick and actually looks very stylish. The written theory section is actually a fantastic read. Itโs only around 30 pages long, but itโs quirky and funny at the same time as being on point. I loved the bit about imagining 7 clones of yourself to help divide weekly tasks up. After reading the theory section I was amped up to use the planner every day. Itโs only been about a week so far but I am really finding it easy to use. I love the comics at the top of each page. I would definitely recommend this organiser for people like me, who want a little extra push to get going and keep going. Great work!

Best planner I've ever used
I'll begin by noting that my whole life I have been TERRIBLE with planning. I bought this planner a few weeks ago because I started uni and I wanted to stay on top of my workload. One of the reason I purchased this book was because it seemed less serious, boring and filled with crap than many other planners I looked at. I was not disappointed. The beginning of the book has a funny and interesting explanation of why we procrastinate and an excellent strategy guide to overcome our time-wasting habits. This planner is simple, concise and effective. The other planners I looked at were cluttered with gratitude journals and other stuff that isn't necessary in keeping track of important tasks. This has a monthly overview calendar, weekly overview pages to prioritise tasks for the week, and also daily planners for more detailed management on a day-to-day basis. It also features a weekly review page to go over tasks completed (or not completed), procrastinations, strategies for reducing procrastination the following week, and finally your weekly reward (if you earned it). There's also plenty of room to take notes in the back. I'm less than a week in to my degree and I already have basically my entire semester mapped out so I know exactly what I'll be doing during any given month/week/day. I will definitely continue to use these planners for the duration of my time at uni! 10/10 would plan again. (I will try to add some photos at a later date if I am able to)

The best planner I've used!
I LOVE this planner! I've struggled with procrastination for YEARS! I've tried other planners, and while they helped, they weren't organized in a way that made sense to me. Therefore, they didn't help me reach my full potential. This planner is different! It is clear, concise, and makes sure you make the most out of your day! It also helps with weekly, and monthly plans/tasks. The write-up in the front is really eye-opening! It helps me understand the science of procrastination, and how to beat it. Honestly, I will continue to use this planner! Well worth the money!

Meets KISS criteria: Keep it simple, stupid.
Best purchase I have made in 20 years. As a scientist, I appreciate the discussion of neurobiology at the beginning of the book. The planner is well-organized, cuts the fluff, and is absolutely no-BS. I like that each day is only one page in the book instead of two or more, like other planners. That usually just ends up being wasted space. Here, my life feels MUCH simplified because I just have 6-7 checkboxes for the day, and I end up EXTREMELY productive. I have cleaned 6 months worth of things around the house, written a personal statement in under 30 minutes, emailed numerous professional contacts, and written every last to-do on my "big laundry/household list" at the end of the book. Every day, something new comes to mind and I jot it down. I have owned this planner for only 3 weeks and I have seen immense changes. This purchase came from a desire to overhaul my life, as I was falling behind on deadlines and tracking habits. Build quality is that of a fabric hardcover book that you would find in a library or a reference manual (my favorite type). Note to the authors....you may want a professional English writer/editor to look over your intro chapters. The comma use is painfully wrong. Also, Cor for the PFC is a misleading name. I keep thinking of cor pulmonale. Perhaps Peefsy (P-F-C) would make a better name? idk. That sounds silly, too. Preef? Frontal? Front? Peefโฆ. I will definitely purchase again in 1 year.

helps keep you on track
This is a very good planner, but it could be improved. It does a very good job at helping to keep you focused on your most important tasks, and gives you clear, concise methods for beating procrastination. But one way I think it could be better would be to provide a couple of pages at the front for writing your goals. There is one blank page in the front, but an additional page with "Goals" printed at the top would be good. Another thing is that I usually have more than one "burning task" that I want to work on, since I have different areas of my life that I want to work on that are equally important, but this planner only gives you space for one "burning task." (It gives you room for writing other daily goals but only one line for the "burning task." I would recommend this planner overall, though, even though it isn't as inclusive for all my goals as I would like. P.S. I would like to make a correction in answering a question that someone asked about this planner, about whether or not it has pages for monthly planning. I answered that it did not have pages for monthly planning, but when I looked at the planner just now I saw that it DOES have pages for monthly planning. It gives you a "month at a glance" 1 page per month (for 6 months) to jot in your goals.

What a great tool!
I bought this for my son who is just finishing his freshman year of college. The first 30ish pages covers the way the brain works, why we are all tempted to procrastinate, and strategies for successful planning and completion of important tasks. It covers the basics, but it's enough to justify why planning is essential. Covering half a year is also long enough to make consistent planning a habit. I wish I had one of these when I was 19 yrs old!
