So they arrived very quickly I tried them out found them very comfortable but I did notice that the noise cancelling wasn't very good, world off was just turning the mic off, then I found that the open sound setting needed volume controller. With all the issues I basically thought that they were not worth the steep price, so I looked into returning them and found because I didn't get them directly from Nuheara they state I had to use the companies returns policy that states that: unfortunately where I got them from the following exclusions were in place. ExclusionsHeadphones, Earphones and Personal Care Products like Shavers are not covered under this policy due to health and hygiene issues.I am unable to find this with Amazon but I would check before you buy. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Good sound, but very poor elsewhere *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 January 2020* I bought these to allow me to listen to the TV without deafening my wife, and still allow her to talk to me, which my normal over ear Headphones don't allow.Initial set up is quite straight forward and the sound quality is good. However I found many drawbacks to using them.Biggest disappointment is the battery life. they actually last about 3 hours. The misleading 20 hours claimed in their adverts incudes recharging them from the case rather than the mains.The bluetooth is quite weak, and placing your phone, which you need to use to operate them, between the transmitter and the earbuds causes the signal to drop out.There is a time delay between the bluetooth signal and the microphone signal, which gives an echo effect and actually makes it very difficult to understand what people are saying on the TV, so much so that I turned off the "World" input, thus negating their USP and reducing them to simple ear buds.I couldn't find a comfortable set of inserts, but in fairness this is not unusual, I have a lot of trouble finding comfortable in ear headphones generally.All in all quite disappointing.Fortunately, if bought directly from Nuheara they have 30 day refund policy, which I used, although I did have some trouble getting a response from them.
