Update to say that Hozelock dealt with my warranty claim very quickly. I provided proof of purchase and an image of the leak and they sent me a replacement within two weeks.We have loved this hose, but in just over 2 years of use it has split. It’s always coiled up I. A basket after use and stored away in warm dry garage over winter. There are no signs of snagging or bites, it just appears to have degraded. We are very unhappy.

Bought as a a replacement for a poor quality cheaper hose. It did cost nearly double but I'm very pleased with the quality and build of this hose so far

Bought 2 of these - both used about 30 times over 3 years but split this year. Hose end didn’t ever really connect to the tap properly and would leak.Only writing review because was going to purchase again and thought I’d share my experience, but have decided to go with different make.

It seems like a great product, and was for 9 months but one morning it just burst internally and at that point it becomes completely useless! Can’t repair them just has to be thrown awayI’ve always cared for it properly and stored correctly, this happened to a family member too and I’ve seen a few other reviews now of the exact same issueNeed to fix this before I buy another! Not impressed

Really great hosepipe, it does what it says on the box.

This Hosepipe is fantastic I especially like how it expands with water and shrinks too almost nothing when the water has drained from it I had one of the 15 meter ones when they first came out and it split as I used to use it and then pack it away, however in Covid lockdown 2020 I got a 30m version from a very well known orange diy shop and after each use I used to leave it out for a few hours in the sun too dry off and 3 years later I still have it and it still works as well as it did the first time I bought it in fact I have purchased another 30 meter length which very easily couples together and gives me 60meters it is very lightweight and my intention for it is mainly too connect both together so I can wash the motorhome and car easily as you can imagine my garden tap is already 20 meters away so with the added 30+10 gives me an additional 40 meters so I can safely be in the knowledge I will no longer be straining the old one when washing vehicles also I have noticed that Amazon seems to be the cheapest retailer purchase this product from, lastly if you look after this product well it will give you many years of being trouble free

Well made, easy to use and good value. Just connect to the tap and it will start to stretch. Once it has stretched it is ready to use. When you have finished it shrinks back and takes no room to store it away.

Needs high mains pressure to remain fully extended (3 bar). Expands beautifully to full length but ,when you open the nozzle to water it starts to retract to a shorter length. The result is a need to restrict nozzle flow to maintain hose length if you have a low supply pressure.

Nach kurzer Zeit ist schon der Schlauch geplatzt.

Notre ancien tuyau d’une autre marque nous a lâché après 2/3 ans de services. On l’a remplacé par celui là j’espère qu’il tiendra dans le temps mais pour le moment il est parfait et joue très bien son rôle.
