This product works great! No drowsy feeling the day after. It knocks you to sleep fast because its a gel cap so it goes straight to your blood! I only used 1. I dont think its habit forming but I definitely feel the difference. Feels good to get to sleep on time and wake up feeling new. I highly recommend this product. I just wish they filled up the bottle but the price is good for what they give you..90 capsules. I'll take it!

BEST THING: this is a simple, familiar melatonin bottle and it is easy to keep around. Nothing fancy, but sometimes that is the point. The tablets are small enough and the bottle is convenient. WATCH OUT FOR: pay attention to the dose before taking it. Melatonin products vary a lot, and what feels mild to one person can be too much for someone else. Start with what actually makes sense for you.
