It has all the adjustments one would want (pressure of spray, temperature, cleaning, and female/male spray direction. Our plumbing was troublesome, but that shouldn't be the case for most. The installation took me nearly two hours due to the weird way our hot water was made available, and the wall faucet was located directly behind the one-piece toilet, so the cold was difficult to access.
