Good quality product, easy to install, very comfortable in work.

This was super easy to install, although right now we do not yet have the hot water hooked up. This requires a separate water line run to your hot water supply. This will be easy, but we haven't yet decided where to drill into our cabinet. Meanwhile, the bidet works great, and honestly, the water isn't all that cold. The whole family loves it. Will be purchasing another, but probably just the cold water one for our downstairs bathroom.

For the price, this is a great bidet. It has all the adjustments one would want (pressure of spray, temperature, cleaning, and female/male spray direction. Our plumbing was troublesome, but that shouldn't be the case for most. The installation took me nearly two hours due to the weird way our hot water was made available, and the wall faucet was located directly behind the one-piece toilet, so the cold was difficult to access. I had never used a bidet until a recent trip to Croatia, and it proved eye-opening for me (male).

The stream is too sharp, it feels like it's going to cut the skin, unless you turn the button slowly to make the water stream less painful. Other than that I think it's pretty good.

Note: I do not have it hooked up to the hot water, but I like that they have a cap for those of us that don't need/don't have hot water hook ups. (no leaking either) Set up was easy enough, but unfortunately the metal T-valve that came with it didnt fit properly with my water supply hose. Which could've been user error, I just couldn't get it to fit without it leaking. So instead I took the plastic T-valve off my old bidet and it worked just fine. It took a second to figure out the settings since it had more features than my old one. You can turn on hot/cold water, then move the other dial to which part you want washed and the pressure changes depending on how far you turn it. The water was aligned perfectly as well without having to adjust yourself for both the back and the front spray (yay!). You can only spray one spot at a time, but it transitions between the two smoothly at the turn of the dial. So no problem there. I also love that it has a splash guard to keep the nozzles clean and that the nozzles are tucked away. My last bidet didn't and caused some nasty problems because of that. So over all, minus my issue with the T-valve......this is a great product, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Great product but it was missing parts to it. It was missing pieces to that I can’t replace. The size is fantastic, the durability is sturdy. It was not easy to install because I don’t have one of those when my toilet is next to the sink. It is not quiet at all. It is actually the total opposite. It is extremely loud. At first it was a little difficult to figure out how to use it but once I started, it was easy and it’s very clean.

the supply kit did not include all the required nuts to safe installation. An important part was the compression nut that goes over the hot water flexing tube. There was no compression nut included therefore installation had to be delayed by the workman until they had to buy a compression nut which was extremely difficult to get to fit correctly. As a result even after installation there was water leak from the hot water flex tubing connection. Sadly this is a replacement hot/cold bidet that I bought from HIbbent, the first one bought 6 ears ago was fine.

Easier to install than I imagined, and worth the price (especially if it's on sale). I love it so much that I actually miss having it when I'm not at home.

Warning. this is USA pipe fittings not UK fittings - so do double check first if you wish to fit in UK and ensure it is the UK fittings. I did not see or appreciate this. I am trying to return the item but that is not easy as USA sold the product.
