Love this thing! It holds my monitor no problem, with extra space for desktop decorations on either side, which is exactly why I wanted to pick it up. The design works flawlessly with my black IKEA desk both in size and aesthetic, and it's just a pleasure to have. The high point for me aside from the obvious general use was how easy it was to unpack and assemble. The package simply opened up to the board, and 5 legs. All I had to do was screw the legs on, since the mounting points were already bolted onto the board. Not only did this make the setup a breeze, but it also kept packaging really minimal - no plastic bags, no spare screws, nothing excessive. There is literally no reason hardware like this should come packaged in any way other than this. The low point is that my unit came a little damaged. The package wasn't hurt at all, which means it was stored this way - the front left corner is a little beat up, exposing the wood underneath the black finish, and there are visible scratches and dents all over some of the edges. I personally don't mind too much, but this could definitely break a purchase for some. The last thing to note is the price. Simply put, this item is a luxury. Honestly, it doesn't come across as sustainable bamboo or fancy metal in any way, it's just a nice board with 5 legs. I don't really think this /needs/ to be over $70 dollars when you could pretty reasonably go to. Home Depot and build your own for a fraction of the price. However, the item itself is nice and sturdy, and that's what I was banking on when I got it. If you have a budget or specific needs, this probably isn't going to be the right way to go. But if you want something durable that looks pretty sleek, albeit basic, it's not a bad purchase at all. Also heads up to folks who use clamp mounts for monitors: the 5th leg is in the center back, so you may have a hard time clamping a monitor mount to the back in the middle if that's your thing. This wasn't a factor to me, but it's hard to see in the pictures, so it's worth pointing out!

First off, I was impressed by the product guarantee flyer included in the package, which states a new product will be sent in the event of the original product arriving damaged (along with a discount for joining the company's VIP list, and information on returns in event of customer dissatisfaction). While my product did not arrive damaged, it was reassuring to hear that the company would stand behind their product. The stand itself is solidly made, and incredibly easy to assemble - just screw the five support legs onto the bolts that are preattached to the platform and it was ready to go! It fits perfectly on my desk, and feels very sturdy, supporting my two monitors, speakers, a small lamp, and a number of other small items without any worries. It's also made my desk feel much neater, giving a cleaner way to run the cords for my keyboard and mouse on top of effectively nearly doubling my desk surface space, as I can tuck things out of the way under the stand when not in use. I got the black color, which matches the dark finish of my desk well, and looks great with the silver legs of the stand. From an ergonomic perspective, I do wish it was slightly taller - I'm quite tall and have some significant issues in my neck and back, so having my monitors just a couple inches higher would be even better for me. But this is much better than the setup I had before, so even though this product is on the expensive side compared to some of the competing products, I am very pleased with it overall and feel I made the right decision to spring for the pricier product for the sake of meeting my needs.

Okay, over six years of use and two moves, it's still a VERY sturdy monitor stand. No issues whatsoever. If you're considering it, don't. Just buy it.

I went right to business to get my desk all tidied up with this desk stand and I am so pleased with it! The natural bamboo matches so well with my Flexispot desk that it looks like it's part of it. I was so bummed when the natural color was out of stock months ago and when I saw that it went back, I got it right away! I tend to have a lot of things on my desk since I journal and do art along with being a web developer, so I needed to free up some space using a stand. This creates so much space where I can hide my keyboard and other things underneath the stand and I don't have to wake up to a messy desk each morning! The contents of the package was free from any damage and flaws. The legs were easy to screw on and is very sturdy. Wood is well intact and one piece- no cracks or imperfections. I love that they are a small family business located in the states. The co-founder is actually a mechanical engineer! I was very adamant on not purchasing Ikea products or cheap brands made in China. The price is not that bad considering that you have to think about the materials and quality of the product- you are getting what you pay for! So happy with it! If you are hesitant on getting this- just do it! You will free up your time and money from getting cheap and poorly designed products.

I do like my shelf very much. I purchased black large shelf. Works as expected and looks great. Love the minimalist design and it was super easy to put together. I took one star away because it looks like these are two pieces fused together causing a subtle seam. I had to return the first one as it was very noticeable. The replacement was better. With my items it I don’t notice it at all. Very happy with this product. Note to vendor: make drawer add on accessories.

First off: this stand is very easy to assemble. In fact, I'd call it completely painless. No tools or skills needed to put this stand together. Even taking the five parts out of the box, you can feel how sturdy this is going to be. Once assembled, it did not disappoint. Looks perfect with my existing desk decor and components, and it is very solid (no wobble whatsoever). My only wish for the future of this product: longer legs. Even as a purchasable option. They already have a small and large version of this stand; it would be nice to have a short and tall version of each as well. Maybe make the legs part of a trade-in program ("send us the short legs back in the long legs box"). A very minor nit and not worth taking off a star for. Overall, this stand is fantastic, well worth the price, sturdy, simple, and gorgeous.

When I received this moniter stand, the box was open and the stand had sustained some damage to the corner and scratches on the top. The damage appeared to have occurred during shipping. Since I liked the stand so much, I decided to set it up anyway figuring I could live with the minor damage. However, I did decide to send a quick e-mail to the company to let them know about my experience. I was both surprised and shocked to not only hear back from the company (Meredith) within 30 minutes of my sending the e-mail, but what she did next was even more surprising. She explained that the company wants their customers to be 100% happy and to receive products in perfect condition, therefore she'd be shipping me a new stand which I'd have in the next couple of days. Additionally, I wouldn't be required to return the damaged stand! She suggested I donate it, which is exactly what I did after I received the replacement, as promised in pristine condition two days later! So, not only am I highly impressed with the incredible customer service I received, but I'm equally impressed with the product itself. I was in need a stand for multiple monitors, that would also free up valuable desktop space. Most stands out there aren't large enough to accommodate two large monitors, and are made of cheap metal or plastic. This stand not only one works perfectly for my computer monitors, but there's even room to spare. The stand is extremely sturdy, made of solid wood, with metal legs. I like that there is a 5th supporting leg in the middle too. I'd definitely buy this product again. I feel that it was well worth the money. I plan to look to Office Oasis for my future purchases of similar items based on the quality of this one and their outstanding Customer Service. Thank you.

I now have two of these (first one pictured). It easily fits my 34" ultra-wide monitor and a few other things, while creating some extra space underneath. It also solves the problem of a large monitor taking up a lot of space on the desk (for reference, the desk in the picture is 70" wide by ~40" deep). The laptop is on a riser/docking station, and this is just enough height to make both screens viewable without blocking the upper one. The second one of these stands I got is in a bedroom, to raise a 45" TV on top of a small dresser. This configuration is perfect for watching while lying down, without having to raise your head. There is a few color options to match common furniture. Very easy to assemble, just screw in the legs - from unboxing to finished in under 5 minutes. I highly doubt this thing will ever break or sag, appears very durable after five months of use. Simple, functional item - I recommend.

The manual says to unscrew the legs to level up the shelf, but I found that the shelf was too wobbly unless the legs were screwed all the way in. I used shims instead. Otherwise it does the job and looks nice, but I wouldn't say it's worth the almost $200 price tag.
