I ordered a large. It is SUUUPER hard to get this baby on lol!!! I had to have my husband help me!! Took some elbow grease but after we finally got it fastened the only thing i felt was unflattering was my shoulder fat (if you will) was popping over the top sides. Didn't really like that ughh. Maybe i should have went with a extra large? I dunno..
