One or two reviewers of this product complain that it's a lot more expensive than "the same thing" from Home Depot. Well, it is more expensive but it's not "the same thing." The dimensions of the HD sheets are 24"x24" +/- 1/4". These are exactly 24"x24". Also the HD sheets are often warped and the edges are sometimes raised so don't lie flat. These do lie flat and are never warped. While these issues may not be important for use as insulation in construction, they are important for the hobby/craft use I put them to. Very satisfied.

The styrofoam worked exactly as I expected. It was sturdy and I was able to cut it with a utility knife without a problem.

I used these to line the inside of a HUGE outdoor cat house for the outdoor cats this winter. They were nice and cozy even when Temps dipped below zero. *I also bought those 18 hour hand warmers and threw about 5 in the house every 18 hours. Perfect!

Had a couple of small patch jobs that these worked well. Easy to carry, cut and place where needed. Had a couple panels left so now I'm experimenting with some crafty ideas. Win-win
