It is absolutely amazing! Once I get situated and get over the fact that I look weird hooked up to the seat, I can sleep 7 hours straight on long-hauls. I previously purchased the larger version but it wasn't as comfortable and was heavy and bulky... Not something you want to drag all over the world. On a whim I decided to give this smaller version a try and I'm so glad I did. I've used it on several long overseas flights as well as some shorter hops and it works like a charm. While I love the different mode/functions of the pillow, it was way to big and heavy. This is a much improve version of the pillow. It's much smaller, much lighter, super soft and very comfy to wear around the neck. Yet, it retain all the original functions that I love. I was able to sleep 6-8 hours on some of the 15 hours flights.My only complain was the pillow cover is still very very hard to take off just like the original version. I requested a refund and they denied me because they said the product was now used?? WHAT? How the heck was I supposed to see if it worked if I didn't try the dumb thing.
