Quality Product
I'm a repeat customer of this item. Easy to swallow, easy on the stomach. Decent value, as well. Bottle was securely protected from tampering. I notice a difference when I stop taking it, so if you have trouble with swallowing horse pills, this is for you!

I don't know if these (or any) work, or not. I don't dare to not take them. They are small and directions say to take a ridiculous quantity each day -- a negative in my book. They are small-ish, but uncoated. They are "rough" and somewhat difficult to swallow -- like swallowing a piece of chalk. Have since gone back to the gel tablets that are larger and only two a day.

Questionable
I found this product ineffective. Perhaps my arthritis is worse than most who rave about them. The size is not as mini as stated. I'll not recommend it nor not recommend it, as it may help those with mile arthritis.

Easy to Take
This is a high quality Swanson product. I find that it helps relieve my joint aches and keeps me able to move more freely. When I first started taking them it took a few weeks for me to feel the benefit but I’m so glad that I stuck with them. I like the small size and find them easy to swallow. The only down side is that I need to take six of them in the morning and six in the evening to get the proper dose. I consider that only a slight inconvenience as I don’t like to swallow large pills.

Recomendo .., porém a data de vencimento é fevereiro de 2026.. comprei para tomar uma cápsulas por dia.. por um ano. No mínimo o vencimento teria q ser fevereiro de 2027

DECEPCIONADA Fiz a aquisição dia 25/12/2025 e recebi o produto dia 18/01/26. Achei estranha a orientação para consumo de 06 cápsulas ao dia, ainda mais quando na etiqueta indicação "contém crustáceo (camarão)". Por fim, a data de validade indica o vencimento do produto para fevereiro de 2026... Não me senti segura para consumir esse produto.
