I bought the hot pink 5 meal bag and it is very spacious, I would say though it is really large but that is to be expected because it can hold so much stuff. I have had it for about 2 weeks now and it is still holding up. My ice packs have not broke yet, as the other reviews said they busted. I did put them in large zip block bags just in case if they did brake, but nothing so far. The containers are really nice and spacious for whatever type of meal you put in it.DO BE VERY CAREFUL THOUGH, the bag can get dirty pretty quick (that's if you have the pink one or any light color) I rubbed it against my car and it has a black stain on it now that's hard to come off. You are about to put 6 meals but I only have been using it with three and supplementing with protein shakes for the other two or three extra meals. In addition to the meals that slide in the trays inside the bag I have been putting two small ice packs to keep my food cool. This has work a full day and my meals have kept fresh. The side pouches I put my protein shakes, two waters and another container which holds almonds, nuts...Etc. It's not to big of a bag. I keep it in my car on my passenger seat or on the floor of the passanger seat so that it's easily accessible while I'm on business travel or out and about throughout my day. In summary, I think you definitely can't go wronge for the price point and value. The bag is of great quality. Comes with nice containers, upper unit storage for nuts, vitamins, utensils and other snacks, cold packs are excellent as well. I leave house around 5am and come back home after traffic 8pm and the cold packs are still extremely cold!!! Side pockets hold well for 4 stacking cans, water bottles, protein shaker, or whatever you need to store as snacks if you'd like. I love how they are separated and stacked for food unlike coolers and other items. I get so many compliments of how awesome it looks but of course thats great but even better that it WORKS perfect for traveling and is my carryon for flights/road trips!!
