Freshmatic Automatic Spray Air Freshener Dispenser, White, 1 Count

I had inquired about the shipping speed (said 12 to 14 days). I was just curious why something would take so long to ship and I actually needed it sooner. What I didn't expect was a call from the vendor (Always Save) contacting me about my concern. He assured me that I would receive the product sooner than stated by Amazon (a couple of days) and they were right. The dispenser works great; better than previous models that I have purchased and both are currently in use. I mostly want to just say that it is unusual to receive that type of customer concern from a vendor these days....very impressed!

This is the 1st dispenser I've ever purchased and brother, was I upset when it didn't work. I looked it up online. I did all the suggested trouble-shooting. It would almost work every time. The nozzle would move around but no fragrance would be dispensed. A little while later I received an email asking me if I was enjoying the product I purchased and I was ready to unload.....I took a deep breath and led with my Christian side. The immediate response I received was....they had already issued a refund and were sincerely sorry. Wow! That was easy. I decided to order another, as I really wanted the dispenser or I wouldn't have ordered it in the 1st place. In the meantime, my husband figured out that the original dispenser was fine, it was a defective can of spray...the dispenser works fine! I emailed them back and explained what had happened. I asked for a return address as I am not the kind of person that takes something for nothing. Their response.....keep them both with our best wishes. Are you serious?! Now I have a dispenser in 2 of my bathrooms that work beautifully and every time I smell my favorite fragrance, I think of the professionalism, the integrity and the awesome friendliness of their customer service department. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Be careful where you choose to use it. I wanted it for the bathroom. It was too overwhelming for a small room. However I use one in the laundry room where my cats litter box is and it’s perfect for that room

Just replace the canister when it empties. I have it set central to my living room and it keeps the room fresh all day and night long. The slim and elegant design of the freshener will also ensure that my house’s décor is complemented. I choose to give this automatic air freshener a five star since I have not had any issues with it.

Don't waste your money on this. I received the item on 12 July and immediately put it to use, set to spray once an hour. Today is 23 July and the spring is already shot and not working. I still have a full charge on the battery and spray in the can. I've had Air Wick automatic dispensers in the past that have lasted much much longer. I can't believe that Air Wick, a company I've trusted for years, would sell such an inferior product.
