Wonka Laffy Taffy Sparkle Cherry, 24/1.5oz bars

I have placed 3 orders of these over the past 2-3 months. They all had sprinkles/sparkles as advertised. I didn't really have issues with the wrappers, occasionally a piece would stick, but if you open carefully and peel the wrapper it seemed to be fine. I can see how they would get hot and melt, however, I made sure to bring the box inside after delivery and had no melting issues despite the 90 degree weather. I did notice of the 3 orders, there were 2 different sellers. So maybe this is where the issue is that many are having. Also, my orders were "Prime" and I did not pay shipping, but the cost was around $25. As I am looking today to "buy again" I was brought to a page of yet another seller and no prime buying option, that said- I am going to wait and see if it becomes available with prime or the from the previous sellers.UPDATE: Well my 6th order of this same product arrived with NO sparkles.

Really peeved as I could have gotten plain cherry for $10 less from another seller (or 3) for these, specifically for the sparkles. The regular tastes fine. I put them in the freezer, helps with the wrapper and I can break it in pieces easily when frozen. The fact that they can't be returned even though what I bought is not what was described. That is wholly BS! Still angry. Amazon needs to sharpen up. The quality control is clearly not being utilized. Not just this, a bunch of other stuff too. I really wish there were an alternative. My prime tv is messing up as well. Gggrrr....

I read a few reviews before ordering and see that a good amount of customers did not receive the sparkle cherry but rather just regular. Mine does indeed have candy sprinkles, however this was not terribly important to me. I have been eating tangy taffy for about 25 years and cherry is my favorite flavor with or without sparkles. It is readily available at most gas stations near me but the last place I bought it from is charging $1.39 a bar (as were most other candy bars). I know I am getting older (only in my early 30's btw) but this seems outrageous to me. Candy is candy and kids should reasonably be able to go to the nearby store and get a couple of candy bars for a buck, but nope. I looked on Amazon and found several flavors available for about $20 for a box of 24 but I got mine for $15. What a steal compared to the stores, however without prime shipping, my only complaint. Now about the wrapper stuck to the taffy, this was my first time buying it online and I have not opened all of them yet but the ones I have opened have been manageable. There were a few spots on some bars that stuck but not so badly that I could not easily peel it off but most did not stick. Over the years of buying in store I have come across many stuck on wrappers and many that were not. I know there are several contributing factors to this that are so far out of customer hands I have to say that by the time we get to opening our taffy it's just the luck of the draw whether or not the wrapper will stick and should not constitute a poor review. I would totally recommend buying this.

When I opened the package, the box was open so I counted them and one was missing. They were also just regular cherry, not sparkle. This is my second time ordering and the first time everything was correct.

I remember these things being sold at my local movie/video game rental store as a kid. They were amazing and always the right amount of crunchy.As an adult now with sensitive fillings - I'm a little more scared of biting into this and crunching it the wrong way causing a spiking pain in certain areas of my teeth. Which would end my love affair with this candy forever. BUT that hasn't happened yet and this stuff is amazing.Pro tip: Buy this in the winter. Warm it up by sitting on it for a minute before opening to get those DANK STRINGY BITES

The description of this product does not fit the actual product. This is not sparkle, Laffy taffy. I could have purchased this product at any local gas station for less than what is charged on Amazon. disappointed that I cannot return this due to false description.

Super yummy

NO SPARKLES!!! So so disappointed. I really didn’t want a giant box of cherry taffy (without the sparkles) for $40, but here I am. 2 stars for at least fresh, soft taffy.
