This is an amazing microphone. It's fits my son's AG 9+ and saved me lots of money replacing entire headset! He said his friends say he is clearer and he loves that it is smaller and moves out of th way when he needs it to. I loved the backstory that comes with the mic about the family company and the price was awesome! My son had to turn his settings down, the mic was working so well it was picking up every sound. That's a great issue to have!!

My original mic boom broke a few months back and i had to revert to using an old wired headset that isn't really the greatest. Finally after getting fed up with the terrible sound quality I decided to get a new mic boom for my Afterglow AG9 and boy am I happy. The delivery was fast, 2 days earlier than i expected, and it came in without any damages. It worked perfectly and I'm back to hearing people step and breath behind me in my games. Thanks for the replacement. Definitely buy if you need a new mic boom, or even if you don't like the AG9's original mic, this one is 10 times better!

I decided to go with this microphone replacement due to the factory mic going out on my Afterglow AG9+ headset. The very first microphone that came with the headset had broke a year or 2 ago and I ordered a replacement directly from Afterglow for the headset which worked flawlessly until just recently last week it had broke. So here I am searching for another replacement. I decided to find one in hopes of having alot better quality than the factory one because everyone who owns an Afterglow AG9+ knows that the original mic sucks alot.... Well I found this one which appeared to me as being a great replacement. It had great reviews, the product appeared to have a more sturdy and reliable construction. So BOOM! I ordered it. A few days later I received it. I thought "thank god I can speak to people again." As i plugged the mic in, it happened to be really snug within the port it plugs in. Yes im aware that it goes in one way. I then fired up a party chat on xbox and nothing. Not a single sound came out the mic. Well here I am with maybe a faulty mic. I contacted customer support due to them sending out email before i received the item asking me to reach out to them if there is any issues. So i did. I got a response back in the same day and a replacement was sent out. a few days later I received it. Plugged it in and i was able to get sound out of the mic but it was very inconsistent requiring me to keep messing with it to get sound to come out. here i am with 2 mics that dont work on my headset. im not sure if it is my headset or the microphones that dont work but i am proud to say that the customer service helped out in a time of need. As of today i sent an email out asking for them to send a box so i can return these items back and for a refund as the items did not work for me. I am waiting to hear back from them. I am happy that the level of support is above and beyond and these microphones may help someone else. They did not in my case.

Well my friends are the ones that have to listen to my voice so if they are good with it so am I. Personally I find the AG9+ super comfortable I have used turtle beach's, Astro's many others my friends swap actual high end head sets a lot so I have tried most of them. The down side the stock mic is junk I know it. This fixes this problem. I don't like flexible/bendable mic booms but that is a preference thing doesn't mean the product isn't good. Still would recommend this mic as its sound quality is better and its cheaper than buying a new complete headset.

The product works great! I was skeptical at first when I bought the product because of the troubles I've had in the past with other replacement options, however when I received the mic from these guys I was blown away from the care they take in their product. They test every mic before it leaves their possession to ensure it works, and give out a personal phone number in case there is a problem with the product. I am very pleased with my purchase and will go nowhere else but The pricesright4u for replacement microphones!

Should have been more specific on what this fits as I was trying to replace broken headset for my son! Only to receive and it not fit! Definitely needs to specifically explain fit and not fit! I've wasted my.$ to buy and doesn't fit into headset! Need option when buying to say ps4 ext.

It seems a little bit on the flimsy side, but it works. The “goose neck” wire from the mic to the plug is very thin and doesn’t want to hold its position as well as I’d like it to. If it was a little more beefy I’d be happier with it, but it works and the price was right.

I just bought this mic and let me be the first to say you out did a multi-million dollar company. This thing is infinity better than the original mic, it doesn't have a loud static noise in the background when nothing's happening, it is flexible (which is a very very big plus for me) unlike it's counterpart. Absolutely amazing. Also I loved the note asking for reviews, it seems like I bought this more from an actual person than a company. Infinity thumbs up 👍

Bought a previous replacement mic for my afterglow ag9 but it didnt work. I bought this one and it works perfectly. I ordered a second one last night for a backpack incase i ever need a new one. This mic is flexible and better then the original. The original for my headset is stiff so makes it more prone to failure. The flexibility of this mic will ensure long lasting mic for myself. Thank you.

Es passt perfekt auf das afterglow ag9 kabellose Headset und es funktioniert auch tatenlos ohne Störungen und ohne Mängel also fals mir das wieder kaputt gehen sollte werde ich mir es wieder kaufen also alles in allem ist es empfehlenswert
