I had inferior products before like pumice stone
Guys, buy this product!Yesterday, I received it and tried it first time. I soaked my feet in the solution of sea salt and baking soda and after that I so much surprised to see how much dead skin was coming off with just a few gentle strokes. Look at the pictures. And I didn't even try my callus remover gel which I bought and was planning to apply next. I realized for the first use it is enough or it could be too much and I could get sore.I had inferior products before like pumice stone, etc. that did nothing in comparison. This is durable, well thought of, thoroughly researched and designed with best attempts to satisfy a customer product.Gush, how I even lived without it all this years. I can feel how my feet are breathing now!It is so worth those several extra bucks you spend to avoid the disappointment of buying an inferior quality junk.Thank you PediSand!

This thing is great!
This works very well smoothing heels as well as all foot edges. I've used the PediSand for a month and I appreciate it more all the time. Where this device excels is maintenance because it is so simple to use when stepping out of the shower while toweling myself dry. This isn't the place to start when one has thick rough skin. I used a powered Emjoi device for that which I will still use occasionally. The Emjoi will work down callouses with repeated use, but it doesn't leave a truly smooth skin surface. I had been using a pumice stone for daily maintenance, which really wasn't at all effective. The PediSand is far superior, amazing really, at maintaining smooth skin. Wet the device and use it with wet feet. When finished, rinse it with clean water and set in the shower to dry.

yep, it works really well!
I've tried so many products to make/keep my usually barefoot feet soft, I've lost count. Saw this on the Today show a long time ago and never for got about it.... (I think it should have won their new product contest!) I've only used it three times so far but am VERY impressed at the smoothing job it did. Some of you will understand this.... I've used other products that if you didn't "complete the job" (in a hurry) your feet are almost worse than before. I didn't do what I would consider "a good job" yesterday with the PediSand, but my feet were still better than before!

it was easy to use.maybe just a little wider, so it would be easier to ancher down. but i really like it i can't bend my left leg do to a hip injury and this made it possible for me to do my own maintence of my heels.

This isn't as easy to use as it seems like it should be ...
This isn't as easy to use as it seems like it should be and I think the "sandpaper" should be a slightly rougher texture. I used it twice and won't be using it again. Sadly, I also ordered refills when I bought it, so I'm out quite a lot of money for something that I'm not at all satisfied with.

Pass on this item.
This would be more comfortable to use if it were rounded across the top. Would not buy again.

Works nominally; difficult to control. Found a better "cheese grater" style at the local beauty shop.
