Fender Classic Series Wood Case, Precision Bass/Jazz Bass, Tweed

The case fits my Fender precision base perfectly. It's well built and a great price for such a quality case with the Fender brand name as well. Came with the key to lock it.

Solid bass case, if you need one get it.

I like the appearance and interior of the case. Fits my Fender Jazz perfectly. Four stars for this case. A little disappointed that dimensions of this case are not the same as the USA made case for bass guitar, which has a slimmer and shorter profile. I think functionality of the latches could be better. Overall, this case looks great.

This case is a very high quality product. I’m glad I ordered it. It fits my Fender Jazz bass perfectly. There’s a covered compartment for the strap, cord, tuner, etc. it’s a good deal. The only change I’d make if I had a choice would be to replace the two spring loaded side slide latches, with the manual type that’s already mounted in the middle by the handle. The balance is good, & the fit and finish is flawless. Don’t waste your money trying to save on a lesser case. Get this one, you won’t be disappointed.

Case has a nice look, sturdy and a fender case. Not tight like some of the others out there, this will fit your P or J perfectly.

Von einem anderen Hersteller gibt es einen Koffer, der nur ein Drittel kostet, und ebenfalls aus China kommt. Hatte den Fender Koffer bei Zounhouse Dresden bestellt und wieder zurückgehen lassen, weil fehlerhaft.

I have been giging for over 30 years, and yes, cases do wear out! This new case is for my Fender Precision. The original flight case(ABS) gets brittle and is disintergrating! This new case is a fender standard, meaning that it is well made, solid and just plain beautiful! My bass fits perfectly in the case. I've had a few of these cases and let me tell you, they take a beating and keep on going! I love the storage compartment with the lid that snaps shut, nice touch! It's expensive, yes, but it'd relative, the case is worth it and garanteed, it will protect your bass! Buy it!

Dessa även om det står fender på är tillverkade i Kina (det står även på insidan), kvalitetskontroll finns inte och även metal på låsen känns leksaksaktigt, inte mässing eller stål. Den jag fick hade en mycket synlig och stor defekt i tygget på ovansidan. Jag försökte returnera det till Amazon. Då kommer det fram att paketen i den storleken för amazon europa skall skickas (på köparens bekostnad, men amazon återbetalar frakten sedan som man själv måste lägga ut, flera hundra kronor iaf...) till Slovakien..så vet man samt att Amazon har problem därför att Tullen i Slovakien tar många lådor som försvinner...resultat blir att du måste lösa det med Amazon då din retur har stora chanser att aldrig komma fram. Största problemet är att adressen för retur i Slovakien är några siffror till ett industriområdet i Slovakien, den adressen går inte att lägga i fraktsystem som UPS, Schenker, DHL, Postnord...dvs de som man använder i Sverige. Efter en hel dag arbete i Telefon och 7 samtal till Amazon kommer jag till slut till en kompetent tjej på kundservice som förstår problemet och talar med sin chef och att de lyckas skapa en returadress till ett returcenter i Tyskland, som fungerar hos alla fraktbolag....Nu har jag skickat lådan, har lagt ut själv över 800kr i frakt, med stora förhoppningar att jag får pengarna tillbaka för det köpta fodralet samt för över 800kr jag lagt ut för att returnera detta till Tyskland....som sagt själva kvaliteten för fodralet är väldigt väldigt låg, bättre än en gigbag men urdålig annars....köp från någon annan tillverkare, förmodligen bli det även kina-kvalitet på det men då får man betala 1/3 av vad det fodralet kostar, samt slipper ni returnera ett fodral med flera defekter till utlandet, till en adress som inte fungerar samt att lägga ut flera hundra kronor på retur-kostnad....alltså jag älskar amazon men detta är urdåligt...jag hoppas de ordnar det med det problematiska returen, som tur är finns det några st på kundtjänst som är medvetna om att en del saker inte fungerar som det skall och hjälper gärna till. Den produkten är inget att ha överhuvudtaget....

I got this case because I have two J-basses and a P-bass, and having used soft gig bags up to now, I needed a decent hard case for taking any one of these basses to regional gigs. The case is genuinely beautiful to look at, inside and out, and both the outer fabric and the lining fabric are gorgeous and tactile. Just as importantly (if not more), the case offers excellent protection to the bass inside, cradling it in just the right places; and it appears so far to be hard-wearing and tough. Saying that, I don't think I'd ever risk putting it into an aircraft hold - though I'm pretty sure that Fender do not intend it to be used as a flight case anyhow. Overall then, it's a great case that I think offers very good value for money: you could of course pay much less for a hard case, but I virtually guarantee that putting your Fender bass into one of these beauties will not only give you full peace of mind about protection, it will also serve as a beautiful and valuable addition to your gear in its own right.
