This is one of the most gentle and effective forms of magnesium that I've found. This kind also indirectly increases magnesium levels in the brain which is why I take it. Only complaint is that there is always loose powder in the bottles. No big deal though.

I do believe this product has helped my cognition. I only take to before lunch as I've noticed it will give me vivid dreams if I take the last one pill dose at night.

ND is very much overhyped among online communities. I should have known this before making the purchase.I couldn't tell the difference between taking vs not taking this product. Whereas the difference is much more pronounced when I use other Magtein AND non-Magtein magnesium brands.It's way too expensive. The bottom is ginormous comparing to the content, they should have made smaller bottles and saved all that plastics.

Be sure you're consuming enough sodium when you take these or you may find your heart flutters. It's a great product. Just make sure your electrolytes are in balance.Edit. I now take these in the morning and an electrolyte tablet at night. I sleep like a baby and wake up rested. I work out a lot and I think the electrolytes make a big difference.

I've been dreaming every night since I started taking these! Before then, I would remember maybe a handful of my dreams every year. I wake up remembering details from the dream that had lots of plots and turns, so I was well-entertained in my slumber. They also help put me to sleep quicker and I feel better-rested on MOST days, but not all. I say that because if I don't get enough sleep while taking Magtein, then I'll feel it a LOT worse the following day. But so far, so great and I'm happy I got them!
