It's not going to fit everything in your tote but has decent space. The straps will not fit over your shoulder comfortably but that's ok. I think the "V" design is meant to be seen.There are 5 pockets. 3 with zippers and 2 quick reach pockets. The emblem can be moved from the front (which I did) and it comes with a strap. It seems to be solidly built.
