Allen Company Daytona Soft Rifle Case - Padded Endura Gun Case with 4 Accessory Pockets, Adjustable Shoulder Sling, Lockable Zippers & D-Ring for Hunting & Range Use

I needed a straight forward soft case for a new rifle. I don't like those techni-cool cases with all the pockets, straps and fancy do-dads. It's just too much. I tend to carry ammo in ammo carriers and loose gear in a small duffle, so I just didn't need a big fancy case. This is just perfect. A couple pockets for a bore sighter, an extra magazine and whip-down rag is all I really need (I could put a box of ammo in there if needed). I use this for a Tikka TX3, a Leupold 3-9x50 scope with a mini Reflex on the side. This set-up fit's perfect; I even have room for small muzzle brake if I wanted to add that. The outer fabric seems like really good quality, zippers are excellent and interior fabric is nice and soft. This is an amazingly good value; you won't be disappointed.

Got this as a gift for my dad’s sweet sixteen shotgun. It is well made with padding and a good outside thickness of material. The size was good and he was happy to have a case!

Needed a case to transport shotgun to hunts etc. Impressed. Quality of materials is very good and seems well constructed. As others have said, wish it had a double zipper on main gun compartment so they can meet in middle vs just a single zipper to the stock end. Other than that. Nice case. Would buy another if needed one.

After much buyer's hesitation due to some other reviews here on Amazon, I can gladly report I'm very pleased with this soft case! I bought this as a home for my Weihrauch HW97, a $500 airgun with $120 scope (so protection was key). Padding material offers adequate protection and feels durable. I would compare the outer skin to that of a winter jacket, like a Carharrt. Feels tough. The pockets are well designed, well placed, and useful. Love the added touches of the mesh pocket (you can see what's in it, quick access), the solid finger loop attached to the zipper (makes zip/unzip a breeze), and being able to Velcro together the two halves of the handle, like a duffle bag. It's these tiny details that really make the difference. I use an Allen case for my pistol as well and they seem to hit a great "value-for-price" sweet spot. My only gripe is that there's only one zipper, so you must zip all the way from one end to the other if you want to fully open/close the case. Not a huge deal though, especially given the price. I can easily fit my HW97 in this case with a 3x9 scope attached no issues (see photos). Keep in mind this rifle has a pistol grip, and measures slightly over 9" from bottom of pistol grip to top of scope. So it's no "mini" gun whatsoever. Still confused over some of the other reviews here that say the case won't fit a scoped rifle. It certainly does. Overall, it's a great case and I'd highly recommend it if you're in the market for a softy!

My Remington 700 varment 26" barrel with 50mm scope, fit snugly and securely in this awesome carry case. It has 4 zippered pockets, 2 mesh and 2 covered, for accessories. The sling on the backside is adjustable for over the shoulder or across the back. It looks like leather, but it's not. The carry handles lock together with velcro to secure the zipper while carrying. The main zipper feels tight, but it's brand new and will improve with use. The padding is very sufficient for a carry case, it's not a hard case. The only issue I noticed is the weight of the stainless fluted barrel. The front, while carrying with the handles, points downward. No big deal, I strap it over my shoulder. A big plus, carry case , when closed, is set up for a lock. Very happy with this product, would buy again.

This is a GREAT case for under $23. It's worth $50! I bought this for my Remington Viper 522 with a mid-sized scope and it fits PERFECTLY! It is about 2" longer than it needs to be, but it's almost impossible to buy a case exactly as long as you need it without mortgaging the house; I just consider it a little added room at each end for extras, like cleaning cloths, or whatever. The pouches are not huge, but big enough for extra magazines, a squirrel call, etc. Shoulder strap on the back does not show in the photo, but is a nice addition. The gun rides tightly when zipped and doesn't slosh around at all. The case has a heavy exterior fabric and excellent good padding. Even the color is nice; not too loud. I think you'd pay twice as much for a nicer case; I know Gander Mountain has cases similar to this one for $50. I was not disappointed ... AT ALL.

I bought this to support American made products, keeping money here in the pockets of my fellow Americans and because I needed a case for my shotgun. When I received it, it was in a big flat box much wider than the item itself. So thankfully it wasn’t folded in half. I was surprised with the weight of the case as it felt quite hefty and not flimsy and cheap. Construction quality is very good and the materials feel strong for its intended use. 3 pockets on the side with an additional mesh pocket over the largest one. All pockets fit a least 1 box of 5 shells comfortably so you can easily fit 3, possibly 4 boxes. Pocket zippers feel strong and have a fabric pull on each one. Main zipper is of the same construction but has a corded pull with plastic shell. Handles can be held together with an attached handle cover that has Velcro. Either end of the case has loop, presumably to attach an additional strap. However it does come with an adjustable shoulder strap attached which works great. Inside padding is more than adequate for what I need it for (going to the range a few times a month). Fits 41” shot gun perfectly!!! Overall extremely happy and would purchase again.

I am very impressed with the quality of this case. Both the materials, stitching, and construction are excellent. It is very well padded which is something that is important to me particularly since it is a soft case. Based upon the website product description I was expecting there to be a double zipper (unzip from either end of the case) but in fact there is only a single zipper that runs the entire length. Not really a big deal but noteworthy. I would highly recommend this case. I purchased it on special, great case and value!
