Is the product white or clear?

The product is white and relatively thick but you can rub in slightly to make more transparent. I have used this product on both of our sons and it is hands down an awesome must have to relieve diaper rash comfortably and effectively

Can it be used in neck skin folds?

I wouldn’t really used it as a lotion or a cream unless skin is bad and you tried it all with no results, then I would definitely try.
