## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is there a difference between the pro mount and non-pro mount?**
A: The non pro mount is a glass filled nylon body with a length of 38mm from center of bar mount to center of phone clip.  The Pro is an aluminum body that has a length of 63mm from center of bar mount to center of phone clip.  Check the quadlock website for more specifics.  The difference is much more than "one is plastic and the other isn't".

**Q: Any suggestions on which bike mount would work best if u have aerobars too?**
A: I would not recommend this for bikes with aerobars. The 45 degree twist makes it really hard for larger phones. I am still in search for a good mount as I have aerobars as well.

**Q: Is this this sturdiest option for a mountain bike? Or am I better off getting the motorcycle mount?**
A: Im pretty sure motorcycle bars are a bigger diameter especially for some aftermarket out there or harleys

**Q: Is all the parts made out of aluminum?**
A: The mounting bracket itself is.  The locking mechanism and blue releasing handle are plastic.

Solid phone mount for my road bike. I even wrecked once and my bike and I hit the ground hard. This mount held onto my phone and saved it from any damage

I think I have about 200 miles on this mount, always taking my phone with me on rides. I love this thing. This has become "have to have" kit for me. With my quad lock mount phone case, the phone is right in front of me, and does... not... move. The mount comes with two plastic adapters for different handle bar mounts. On my specialized gravel bike, didn't use an adapter. I did however, on aluminum to aluminum (handlebar v mount) add some electrical tape to the inside wall of the mount, to prevent marring. Once cinched down, this thing has not moved at all. Works really well. This is flagged in my mind as one of the products that I don't remember or care what it cost because it works so well. Good value, would buy again.
