GlobalG-13 - Carving Fork

Love the Global products. Wasn't sure if I would like this fork since it is not straight like the ones I have had in the past, but thought I would give it a try. Turns out I like it better. Very handy when trying to lift a whole chicken out of a pan.

Like other Global products the G-13 Curved Carving Fork looks wonderful. But be careful, it has a bigger curve than the pictures show. The curve is so big that the fork does not fit in my knife block. There should be a picture from the side so that buyers can see how big the curve really is. I have used it on a couple of roasts and it works great.

A fork that when you receive it, is very very different from any other. But it’s fantastic to use.

ich habe es für mein Freund zu Weihnachten gekauft. Er war Happy und ich jetzt auch!!! War immer zufrieden mit Global Produkte. Ist für mich das beste. Hat seinen Preis ja, aber ist es wert.

I am a huge Global Knife fan and have had them for many years, I thought this would be a nice addition to my collection and I am not disappointed, as with all their products I have bought I am extremely pleased. Global are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and as my other global products will last a lifetime.

Was in the market for a new carving fork and, as we already have a number of the Global knives, decided to try the carving fork; best decision ever.The fork pierces with no problem at all and, because it's curved, makes picking the meat up so much easier - it's a pleasure to use.Would definitely recommend the fork (even though it is pretty expensive) and the suppliers were a dream to do business with, so would definitely recommend them.

excellent fork, expensive but worth it .... we have lots of roasts and finally I could see how this would be really beneficial. Held a very substantial turkey at Xmas without dropping.
