Women's Original Universal Sandal

I was given these sandals for a birthday gift for an upcoming beach trip. I had read the reviews about the resort and the reviews said their beach was very rocky. I wore them before my trip to break them in and I wore them everyday on my trip. A true must have for any beach trip. The beach was rocky but only close to shore and once you were past the rocks. the beach was perfect for swimming, floating, playing in the water, etc. and I kept the Teva's on the entire time. The shoes had great traction on the rocks and I had no trouble at all getting into and out of the water. When it was time to get out of the water and shower off, you just shower off the shoes and go on your way. I wear them all the time now and I love them. Very comfortable and easy to get on/off. I did have to purchase a 1/2 size up from my normal size, but they still fit perfectly. I even wore them at the airport through TSA, where you have to remove your shoes. If you purchase these TEVA's, you won't be disappointed.

These are my favorite shoes. Blister resistant, fit well, super stylish (the cherry Jubilee is gorgeous). I wore them wet, barefoot in the lake all day yesterday. The straps stayed put and dried quickly. The arch support is pretty solid and they’re easy to slide on and off. Overall, Teva Universal is the best everything sandal.

I ordered the Teva Sandals before my last beach trip and they were great. I had noticed last year that my Chacos were uncomfortable on the beach, very hard under my foot and so much sand would get stuck in the foot bed, that became uncomfortable as well. My Teva's we're perfect. They were soft and easy to walk in and didn't completely fill with sand unless I dug in or kicked sand up. I felt like I could walk across the sand a little better. I have had Teva's with a molded or contoured foot bed before but I chose this soft flatter sole for the beach and they were great! I also loved the print! One shoe did come with a rubbed/ scraped area on the top but I received them the day before my trip so I took them anyway figuring they would probably get a little scraped up there anyways. I did noticed what others said about the toe area being a little long. It will catch on you if you are tired and drag your foot a bit but I also think that is what helped keep my sandal from filling with sand so much.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Cancun and Tulum because I wanted something comfortable that I could wear in the water for snorkeling and cenotes since I knew it would be rocky. They are amazing! They fit perfectly and are adjustable which is awesome after flights. I wore them the whole trip for hikes, into cenotes and the ocean and on the beaches. They held up really well and I know they will be a favorite at home too. They might not be the trendiest but I still think they are cute. The white part wasn’t super white as mentioned in other reviews. I would say it was more of a cream color but that didn’t bother me at all. I normally wear a size 7 or 7.5, sometimes even an 8. I decided to get the size 7 as I would prefer them a little small rather than too floppy since they are adjustable. However, I didn’t need to worry as the size 7 fit me perfectly. No overhang on the heel or toes. They are very light and easy to swim in. There was no break in time required and I’ve worn them almost every day since I bought them. I highly recommend!

Teva continues to be the best sandal for me. This is the fourth pair I've owned and it won't be my last. They are lightweight, comfortable, and able to be worn for extended periods. If they get wet, they dry quickly. I do find the arch support to be adequate, but it could be a little higher. The velcro stays strong, even after use and thrown in the washing machine.
